Recieved baby gate in damaged box
Recieved baby gate in damaged box. It looked OK until I tried to open and a spring shot off and door fell off. Baby security asked for photos but didn't say anything other than they were in discussion with manufacturer. No gate at the top of my stairs = no safety. Not impressed

What an absolute joke of a company
What an absolute joke of a company. Do not deserve a star. 3 weeks I have been waiting for my order and they fob you off with ‘raised with courier’. 3 weeks! No updates, rude of the phone and cannot provide any indication of resolution and refuse to refund? Left in limbo and cannot tel me in their terms and conditions what happens when and item is not delivered. Still waiting on a response, the item or a refund and have engaged with consumer rights as this must be a breach. Utterly avoid at all costs. GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY you thieves!!!
