My wife ordered 4 stair gates (Manufacturer - Callowesses Kuvasz) at a reduced price. We received these the following day. Excellent value and excellent quality. Exactly as described on the web site. Would absolutely shop here again.

I ordered the Joie 360 spin car seat and was informed it would be delivered on Monday 21st February to my neighbour. As I was going to be at work, I requested it to be redelivered to my next door neighbour. I received an email to say my parcel had been received by myself at 15.04pm which wasn't true as I was still at work and my neighbour hadn't even had a knock on their door. Luckily, given the storms and recent bad weather we have had, the box was left on my doorstep. Not even In a brown packaging box, just the Joie box. Anyone could have stolen this item whilst I was away from my home. This item was £170 and was left with no acknowledgement of its delivery! Disappointed and disgusted is how I feel. Thank goodness my husband left work early and found the Joie sat on our doormat. Not happy at all with DPD and Baby Security for no packaging.

Love these bottles. So handy to be able to sterilise them in a microwave for when you're away from home, and having the bottom of the bottle come off makes cleaning much easier!

Ordered a baby monitor after ours broke, we live in a big house so needed it urgently, waited 6 days & phoned them as still not received. After calling they said it wasn’t available no more. Do not bother with this site.

Do not use this company. Purchased a double pram which had a fault (couldn't be folded back up) which rendered it useless and company are refusing to give a refund... Effectively left my wife unable to take our two infants out together over fear she will get stranded somewhere unable to fold pram. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Ordered a piece of nursery furniture from BabySecurity as it was about £20 cheaper than buying direct from the supplier. Email confirmation of purchase received straight away but after a few weeks of waiting for the delivery I rang the company to ask when it was likely to arrive.
The staff were friendly and sounded surprised that I had not received it, told me that I should receive it by the end of the week and they would ring the supplier on my behalf and then give me a call/email back to confirm.
I never received a call or email back, the following and subsequent weeks I rang again and had near identical conversations with staff at BabySecurity, yet still did not receive the furniture. On one occasion I was told it was because the supplier did not have it in stock, yet it was showing as in stock on the supplier's website.
After a month I realised I was being fobbed off, cancelled the order and bought it direct from the supplier, it arrived within the week.

Returned a babygate at my expense in September and have been chasing a refund since. Have emailed and sent messages multiple times and no response. Do not purchase from this company.

Review changed from 1 star to 3. Many thanks to Ana Fita in the customer service team who replied to my final attempt to get a refund on the babygate purchased 6 months ago. Thanks to her, the refund was processed same day and all resolved.

I was read so many bad reviews about this Page, but they surprised me very very nice 💖 I ordered a pram venicci turisso polar night friday very early mornig, about 3am. And the pram arrived saturday about 2pm! WOW! 🙏🏿😊I'm very pleased about my pram for my baby, very beautiful and without any marks or something!

The delivery isn’t accurate at all so if you’re ordering something in a rush for it.. well just don’t because it’s shocking. I’ve received items quicker from Wish.

I have placed order on 14th of September and I still have not received my item. On website showing 2-3 days delivery time. After a week called them, they promised to chase it up and call me back. Nothing happened. Called after one more week and I was told that the supplier is OOS with that item which I ordered. I called supplier directly and they said that they have the item in stock!! I called baby security again and they kept telling me that supplier is OOS.. So it’s been almost 4 weeks - no news, no updates, no tracking information provided.. They don’t reply to emails. Over the phone they keep saying that they will check information and call me back - NOTHING! Very disappointed. Horrible customer service. Not enough information.

I made a order for 2 chicco cribs it did say when I brought them it was a pre order, I ordered it about 2months ago contacted them shortly after to ask when they would be in stock had a quick response n told start of October, they were delivered before that were half way through September, I was worried seeing all the bad reviews but wasn't the case with me I was kept in the loop and not lied to about delievery so I'm happy 🙂just have faith guys ✌️
