I am 5.1 and 160lbs. I usually wear dress size 10-12 but I ordered 16 it was still a little tight. So I returned and order 17 plus size as that was the next size available. The seller contacted me asking for custom size and she/he custom made it for me.... awesome customer service...great price... comfortable material and fast shipping..... I am extremely happy with my purchase and will highly recommend.

This dress looks exactly like the picture and the quality and fit are on par with the very affordable price. Perfect for a wedding on a major budget. Bought it for my sister for her small family wedding.

I ordered dress for dance, the dress came 2 weeks late. I guess I should have read the return policy or lack of return policy as they will not allow returns even if it is there fault. The dress did not look like the picture and would never wear it if It had been on time. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

all 3 dresses were absolutely disgusting. how ever you can rip the dresses up for rags for cleaning. but even then, the material itself isn't good, so you end up throwing the rags out after one use of cleaning...

im 5'9, 62 kgs and i ordered medium. check measurements prior to ordering, it was ok. dresses were $200+ usd.
email them about unnecessary colour change, falling apart material and wrong sizing, with pictures of proof. and boy oh boy, let me tell ya, you would find a new talent... called keyboard ninja. you would reply so fast after learning that they only reply back once a day, hoping if you type fast enough, you would be a chosen one and get not just one, but 2 emails for the day. refused refund, made a ton of excuses.
if you want a wild and memorable experience...why not give it a go and purchase from this dreamy online site, it would only cost your time, money, and your soul.

very disappointed!!
My first purchased with this store was a nice dress, that fits properly and decent quality; so i decided to buy again, but this time the dress didn't match the size chart that they provided, so was small on me, I have been back and forth with emails with their "costumer service" for 9 days to return the dress and wishing to get my refund back as per their policies to buy another dress. but the only thing that they are offering is a "partial refund" for me to tailor a dress that DO NOT FIT ON ME.

Disgusting company!! The dress I purchased looked NOTHING like the picture on their website. There was a choice of size & colour (never a mention of it being “custom made”)
I have sent over a dozen emails back to the company and they just keep stuffing me around, telling me the dress was custom made for me and even though it’s way too big and looks NOTHING like the picture “it’s still a pretty dress”!! They wouldn’t give me a return address until I threatened legal action, and then told me I could return it to them but they couldn’t guarantee they could give me a 100% refund and if it got “lost” on the way back to them they would not be able to refund me at all!! Soooo angry right now!!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

When I received the dress, the zipper didn't work and I had to get the dress altered, which cost me $40. I sent an email and got a quick reply, They offered me a 30% refund (which I think is ridiculous) for the cost of the repair, but were generous enough to offer me more. However, the zipper replacement ended up redundant as it was the cut/make of the dress inhibited the zip from moving more that half-way up the dress. I contacted customer services and after 4 days i hadn't received a reply, not until I started a live chat on their website, was I able to get a response from the company. They also made the train of my dress absurdly long, which did not match the image, so I had to get that altered also (costing me a further $55), I also had to attempt to fix the 'broken' zip, costing me another ($30). At this point, I'd had enough trips to the tailors and requested a refund. I was even more disappointed because I had spent an additional $28 to have the dress custom made.
It has now been a month and still no response.
Although the quality of the dress is adequate, spending $153 in extras was not worth purchasing from this website again.
(fyi. this dress is for my graduation and I did not have time to go searching for another dress and I was not expecting to encounter so many problems, hence why I paid so much in repairs.)

awful company. They made wrong size even though l spent 50 bucks to have it custom made, the material was disgusting and to top it off they didn't even respond to my email! DO NOT SHOP HERE l am so angry. what a waste of money

This shop offers bridesmaid dresses, wedding party dresses, hoco dresses , prom dresses, occasion dresses and much more. more than 1000+ styles for you to choose, there are many dresses of all types, models and colors you want. Tulle or velvet, lace or satin, with or without sleeves, whatever your dress you want, I'm sure you will be able to find it on this shop.

We bought a dress for my daughter's graduation. Looks nothing like pic. Have emailed/messaged numerous times to request. No response. Nothing. What an absolute joke. Do not buy anything from this site!!! Also I notice babyonline & light in the box are same "company". Save your money please. ..😠😠😠

Like other customers I too wish I could put zero stars rate for this did my measurements and when I got the dress it was mot the same style of dress nor my size how do I even try to return this dress now the wedding is 2 weeks away I have no dress so disappointed

Unhappy customer, we ordered a formal dress which was a custom order, made to measure & we paid extra for the custom order. Not 1 part of the dress fits far too small. We emailed customer support to ask for a returns number to return for refund as per their procedures. We have made numerous attempts to make contact but we are being completely ignored. Their policies state you need to contact them within 7 days after receiving the item but they do not acknowledge our attempts to make contact. The dress is also coming apart at the seams very poorly made. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. Our dress was not cheap it was costly & it is far too small

If i could have presented 0! Stars i would have done so. This website is not of their word they made a mistake with my dress n the shipping was delayed, and now i have to miss my last prom that i have been waiting for 3 years now! Because of their mistake i won't get my dress on time. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM they will truly shatter your dream of a perfect prom dress. Now it is to late for me to get another dress i have no choice to not to attend. And all the customer service could have said was "sorry but i hope u get it on time" Unacceptable!!!

I am extremely pleased with my order. I specifically chose babyonlinedress.com after researching and comparing reviews with other companies. THIS IS HONESTLY THE BEST. The reviews I watched and read were saying they produce it like the pictures accurately. I was sceptical at first but they do not lie. I also had a few request and with their great customer service they replied within a day or two and also fulfilled all my request. Price is reasonable and delivery is fast, got mind within a week and I ordered from England. This company is very professional and I just got and tried on my dress yesterday and I have already gotten compliments from family and friends that have seen it, they say it was "made really well and must know what they're doing". Only thing I would advice is to get a size up for the top half of your dress if you order a two piece. Other wise it's beautifully made rather than other disappointing companies I've heard of that do not create what they display. This my first time ordering a dress for a big event online and I'll definitely do it again and recommended others to do so.

I was hosting a red carpet so I ordered this dress from the vendor. I absolutely loveeeeeeeeed my dress. This was my first time ordering from this company so I was a bit skeptical about it. I messaged the vendor she replied right away. She did every single thing I asked her. She sent the dress to me very fast. I would recommend this vendor. The only thing I would say was the size, please order 1 size up based on your body's shape. Other than that I will order from them again. 5 stars all the way.

I am so heartbroken by this experience. Before ordering, I exchanged several emails and pictures with the sales rep and she told me not to worry everything would be fine. I was extremely thorough about what I wanted and what I did not want. I even sent in my own measurements. Needless to say, the dress arrived one week before my ceremony and it was awful. It was supposed to resemble the Gisele by Galia Lahav and it wasn't even close. It was supposed to be an illusion back gown, to give the appearance of a backless dress. The tulle was visible on my skin and there was a snag in it. It was supposed to have lace traps but instead it was tulle with a lace appliqué sewn on top. There was no structure or shape to the bodice of the gown and the sweetheart neckline was illy constructed and on top of that it did not fit! I could not even zip it. The zipper felt like it was very cheap. I'm 100% devastated over the position that I am in, one week before my ceremony. This was my first and last time doing business with them unfortunately and I do expect a FULL REFUND!

DRESS WAS AMAZING!! Shipping was fast, and customer service was great. Only downfall was the sequins on the dress fell off throughout the night. Other than that very satisfied.
