We purchased a beautiful sleigh cot. We had to choose the space-saving size rather than a standard size, which proved to be hard to get, especially the grey version that we wanted.
Babymore were able to offer this at a great price but it had to be shipped from China. The staff were very helpful & friendly. They confirmed that as soon as it arrived they would deliver it, promptly.
It's beautiful & we're delighted with it. The cot fits in our nursery perfectly. Thank you so much Babymore.

I'd purchased the Babymore MeMore travel system in 2020 for my first child and I was extremely happy with the product. All the various components have been extremely handy particularly the advantage of having the various carriers/seats to switch to as my child grew. The quality is well worth the price and the friendly and quick customer service team for any questions has made this purchase well worth it. Four years later and I'm now using the travel system for my second child and their quality of service has not faltered. I'll be continuing to recommend Babymore to my friends and family.

We purchased the Babymore Air Motion Gliding Crib in cream in place of a Moses basket after seeing it on display in store. We wanted something that was lightweight, easy to move, and easy to take away with us and this does just that. It also looks nice in our room! The rocking motion has been great and our baby has slept perfectly in this since birth. This is a really good value crib and I’d highly recommend.

It’s such a beautiful cot!! Its just as it looks on the pictures if not better and really easy to put together the instructions are really simple

Excellent customer service

Bought the Eva Sleigh cot in 2016 and it is still in a solid and safe condition. The cot was easy to assemble and to convert from a cot to a bed.
The lowering and raising of the side panel is also useful and straightforward to use.
Happy to recommend this cot.

The car seat I bought had an infant insert and baby looks so comfortable in it. The quality of the product is top notch. I will surely recommend this product

Bought a baby cot/bed back on Black Friday due to the decent saving. As we don’t have the space I didn’t get round to building it till the other day. Nice and straight forward until I got to the final stage of fitting the cot sides. There wasn’t any thread for the screws to screw into. Contacted customer services and they were sorry for the inconvenience and got it all sorted within 24hours. New parts being sent out today.

I cannot give a review as have not received my delivery. Purchased 5th Aug 2024 with 2-3 days delivery. 12th August still not received. Contacted through website and no response.

Fantastic service and high quality products. I have purchased the gliding crib and not only does it look stylish but baby loves sleeping in it. It is lightweight and portable so great for travelling. Highly recommend.

We recently purchased the Nursing chair with stool and it is a brilliant product. Very comfortable to sit on and it always helped sooth and calm our baby, they would regularly take contact naps on us when using the rocking chair. Would 100% recommend to any future buyers!

The bed is well made and solid. the instructions are fairly simple to follow and didnt take me long to put together. you can even change it to a bed for your kid when you no longer need a cot and the draw underneath can hold lots of the bays things. we also used it again for our second daughter so very happy with our purchase.

Excellent customer service,my package arrived with slight damage in transport and whilst damage was caused it allowed dirt to ingress onto the white upholstery of the nursing chair, I took the pictures and contacted supplier who has sent out a replacement cover straight away.

Ordered the Freya nursing chair. Lovely chair; although had to wait for over 2 months as was on back order. Chair was quite difficult to put together it was a 3 person job as the material was extremely thick. Although this being a positive it was still a struggle to assemble. Also didn’t have enough bolts to put together the chair; you’re supposed to get 10 small and we only received 6 so had to purchase more from Amazon. Considering the price we paid for the chair I would expect all elements to be provided. Comfortable to sit in and lovely material, still very happy with the quality, however just a shame on a couple hiccups.

The air glide crib has been a game changer when it comes to our baby’s sleep, he settles so much better than a traditional Moses basket, or next to me which was much too big for a newborn. When we required a replacement part, customer services were in touch really quickly and sorted it for us. Would highly recommend.

The babymore air motion gliding crib is such a brilliant design, our baby has slept so well in it. The rocking motion is really easy and smooth, perfect for getting the baby back to sleep at night. It's also incredibly simple to assemble and pack up, and is light and convenient to transport. Babymore responded very quickly to my emails, too. A very happy customer!
