Perfect first time experience
Bought a Cybex car seat, it was the best price I found online. I was tempted to use the free delivery, but based on comments on here it I decided to pay for the delivery and as a first time buyer, got 5% off so worked out well.
Delivery was quick, got it pretty much the next day.
My first time experience was absolutely great and I will definitely recommend

Ordered a furniture set
Ordered a furniture set. Was delivered quickly and within the timeframe. My husband put it up and it looks perfect for our little girls arrival. The mattress that came with it also feels very comfortable. Will order from here again.

Great experience with Babyandchildstore, first time using the site which was easy to navigate and the prices were very competitive. We went with the Silver Cross Cove which is excellent and the delivery and information was spot on, free gift also included as an added extra.

Babyandchildstore website was easy to order from. I wanted some advice about a couple of pushchairs so I rang their customer service team and a lovely young lady talked through the options with me. I ordered a pushchair and car seat system which arrived within 2 days. I was updated throughout with emails with the tracking details on. I won’t hesitate to buy from them again and in fact I have recommended babyandchildstore to all my nct friends! Thank you babyandchildstore for your great service!

Damaged and dangerous furniture.
Damaged and dangerous furniture.
0 star. I am left almost £500 out of pocket, a house full of damaged furniture and boxes.
When ordered, the items arrived within 12 days. However furniture arrived damaged in many parts, as well as a faulty batch wardrobe that wasn’t prepared correctly.
Poor customer service, no resolution almost month in to dealing with them.
4th delivery attempt and replacements keep arriving faulty/damaged.
I wouldn’t have these items for free, pose a real risk to people installing let alone babies and toddlers.
I am absolutely disgusted with the level of service we have received. I don’t doubt you will reply to this review saying you’ve ’’sent out replacement parts’’ or words to that effect, just to try reenforce your poor customer service.
Left extremely disappointed as well as out of pocket.

Takes longer to be delivered.
Delivery time scales are completely off. Customer service isn’t good, i’ve emailed multiple times asking when my order will be delivered and get different answers from different people.
Have since updated my review as Chris from customer service made sure my pushchair got to me as soon as he could.
