Shocking company
Shocking company, avoid!
Ordered a car seat that was in stock and still not received 11 days later, emailed and rang several times with no response even though it reads on tracking as sent out four days after ordering.

Good products! Could be better…
They have a wide selection of products at really good prices! I ordered a pram which took a long time to receive, there was little communication but they replied when I emailed about delivery. Unfortunately I had to return the pram so I used their recommended courier service, the courier really let them down and took a long time for the pram to be collected (couriers fault). They were good at emailing (at times) and I eventually got my refund, however I feel like everything could’ve been done a bit quicker with better communication.

Update - really appreciated the phone call made today, to apologise for my experience. I hope to shop with you again soon.

I had a very good experience with this company. They were helpful, professional, and did their best to make sure I was satisfied. Chris was especially great. He was understanding, fair, and genuinely cared about providing a great costumer service. They also have quick delivery service. I appreciate their effort and would highly recommend them!

Trusted store with prompt delievery

amazing brand selection
I purchased my babys nursery furniture online and was very impressed with the wide range of brands the store has to offer.
