Ingredient list misleading
I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase. I chose the Ayurveda store because I value organic, clean, non-GMO products and trusted their claims of wellness and ethical practices. Trust is essential when it comes to health supplements.
However, I found serious issues with the product. The ingredient list on their website does not match what’s actually in the Apple Cider Vinegar effervescent tablets. Most concerning is the presence of Polydimethylsiloxane (dimethicone), a silicone-based polymer that has no place in food or Ayurvedic products. The website’s ingredient list appears to be misleading and selectively curated.
I contacted the company twice to ask for their returns process. They only asked for proof of the discrepancy and then failed to provide any instructions on how to return the product or get a refund.
This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. As a consumer seeking honest, natural products, I expected better.
