it's my first time to order in Awok…

it's my first time to order in Awok cause I know how online shop works but still I try cause I dont have time to go and buy for it.
And sadly the portable blender I got isn't charging/. The one in the picture has a brand name while the one they sent me is different one.
What kind of service you have? You will only check the item If it's working before you wrap it out but you didn't do. now
it's really inconvenient to change it cause I need to do a complaints bla bla bla but placing and order and taking payment for you is so easy!
Very bad experience!! send me a guy to take this trash! Since I know that you will not resturn my money please try to be fast on exchanging it with a "working" one. Thank you!

I don't know what to say

I bought one I phone five s... Bloody.. After they delivery it to me..... I put it for charge.. Fook it's not charging also... I called them.. Gave them back... Hoping they will solve the problem and give it back.. Fook., today they send me one coupon 325.00 dhs ka.. Let's see... Will keep u guys updated.... Didn't like the experience at all

I ordered from awok thinking that the…

I ordered from awok thinking that the company is good, until now i did not receive the products, its almost 15days, contacted customer support, they said they have already sent to delivery, then i contacted the TFM express, they said we have not received any of the shipment from Awok, i dont know what to do now, customer service is worst.

Fake Products and very bad customer service

Friends: Don't choose the Awok site for online purchases they has all fake products and very bad customer service also they will not redund or replace your product if it is not in a working condition. I suggest whoever has the money refund issues they should file consumer complaints so that new customers will not get in trap and such fake product companies will not repeat such things. they know whoever purchase and face issues will not go for any complaints and because of which Awok is making business

Sunction Awok.com for their very bad customer service. In January 2019 I bought several items along with a smart watch. The instruction says plug and charge the watch for 2 hours before using which I did but did not work. Charged it a bit longer still did not work. I filed a complain to awok for warranty and they sent someone to pick it up. I asked for an acknowledgmnt receipt from the guy but he refused to provide such that everything is online. I followed up several times on the item via email and phone call with no response from Awok. In April 2019 I again followed from Awok for the same smart watch and they insisted it was re delivered to me as per their system in Feb. This was a big lie since i was out of the country from Jan 26 until April 1 2019. I have the email convo as proof of all their lies.
In April 2019 I boughta mobile phone with dual sim that was similar to nokia 3310. The item was delivered but again it wont start. Tried re charging it overnight and still failed to start the device. I found out the battery was defective so I placed a complain for the same. Awok refused to honor the warranty since the item was 1 month was although I complained within 3days after receiving the item. The reason is that Awok delivered the items to a different person as I was living in a sharing accommodation. Got nothing after several calls and emails except tension.
The smart watch was never found and the phone battery was never replaced.
I hate Awok.com

I bought a fan in Dubai

I bought a fan in Dubai, UAE from AWOK.com which is from a manufacturer from Egypt. The warranty says I have a 1-year claim and I bought the product on 04/19 and broke down in August 2019. Called Awok as they are the distributors and they said they will not honor the warranty due to their internal warranty policy of 3 days. AWIK is a scam. The customer agent said he would inform management but I never received a call back. Their customer service is horrible. They sell extremely poor quality products and they know that these will break. Please dont buy from AWOK.com

It's the worst customer service ever

It's the worst customer service ever. They make there own rules and ultimately we are cheated. I have been a regular customer of Awok but no it's completely degraded and disgusted. First they deliver almost all damaged products and now they are asking me to pay a fee for pickup. Stay away from these frauds.

Wok should be banned

AWok should be banned. Stop enticing and advertising your cheap disgusting and disgraceful products. Cheating customers will never make you'll happy and prosperous. Worst products I have ever seen. Very bad products

Very bad products. Customer service is very bad. non genuine products, quality wise very very poor items. I have purchased one portable game gadget and quality wise it was very bad, first of all they don't check the product and I send them back and once I receive this product again then I used it but is was not working. I made a complaint and after 10 days one person called me and asked me pay pickup charges of AED 42???
