really fast and good service, replies over messages where fast and reliable, car is perfect and has full services and cleaned car and did own service. salesman was very polite and helpful.

Leon & Callum very helpful, can be great daunting buying a car. They put me at ease every step of the way.
Bank holiday prolonged process, but that’s just me being impatient!!!
They didn’t seem to mind all my questions, even though were perhaps simple 😜
Leon sorted out, all paperwork. l took out the maintenance package and got RAC recovery, 12 month, platinum package free!!
Car was prepared and polished waiting for me, all in all, was what you should expect, when purchasing a new car.
Only thing, was a lot of paperwork, but l guess, if you need everything covering, just what you get!!

Great experience. I had my eye on a SEAT Leon with low mileage for a while, then the price was dropped so I travelled up from Bristol or collect. When I initially contacted the team, all the MOT advisories had already been taken care of and a full service/ pre sales check completed. The RAC platinum warranty is also pretty solid and gives further peace of mind. That being said, I have had the car for a few weeks now and have had zero issues - it is of high quality and a joy to drive. The handover was very straightforward too.

I’ve always used Cam at the Ashton branch for purchasing my cars and MOTs, the service is excellent every time! I wouldn’t go anywhere else with my cars. Always top-notch and I recommend them to all my friends and family!

My son bought an Audi Q2 earlier this year from Awb and received a great service from all involved. The vehicle developed a slight fault so I called the Awb service centre and received such a fantastic service from them. The staff are friendly, helpful and went out of their way to ensure my sons car was sorted for him. I would highly recommend this business their customer service is second to none. Thank you

Saw the car online - I thought that travelling 80miles for a car was ridiculous but actually after bombarding Cameron for a few days with calls and WhatsApps with questions and requests and getting quick responses/answers back, this made my life a lot easier and I genuinely felt reassured enough to make the journey. At the other end I was greeted at the train station by Danny in a lovely 7series who took me to the dealership. When I got there I was left to look at the car on my own, without anyone looking over my shoulder and doing the sales pitch and then allowed to test drive it with Danny. There were absolutely no sales pitches whatsoever throughout the process as the car spoke for itself and they respected my knowledge and inquiries. The final deal was done with Dom. What a legend. Gave me time to sort insurance and read through everything properly and sign everything. Professional guys, friendly and just genuine people people. Just to add. We left the dealership at around 5pm and didn’t get home until after 11pm, because I literally did not want to stop driving the car. It is absolutely spot on. Fantastic value for money. Can’t fault it (yet lol). The best car, price and dealership I have dealt with during my 2 month search for a car. The stars just aligned as I knew what I wanted and they just delivered. No cheesy or arrogant salesman vibes whatsoever. Friendly and respectful, down to earth people. Yet maintained professionalism and customer service at the forefront of what they do. Amazing. Would recommend, AWB gave me a fair PX price Dominic delivered my mercs to me , good fast handover. Took out extra warranty at a good price which gave me a good discount on full RAC breakdown so 10/10 from me, will use again, thanks Dominic 👍

Bought a car from them at the end of August 2024. All I can say is I'm glad I took out the 12 month warranty. Thee worst car I have ever bought and such a financial burden. First fault was 2 months after purchase but apparently no longer the car sales fault although they'd clearer done a temp fix to get shut of the car and must have known what faults I'd experience. So upset and wished I'd never bought the car that I'm now lumbered with! DV66 FOT reg. Your Hyde branch and James and Callum both assisted. I can screenshot all emails if helps

My car was wriiten off recently and I was looking for pretty much the exact same thing, AWB had the car i was looking for. We came to look at a car, they moved it from the middle of the lot so I could take it for a test drive on the Saturday and I put down a deposit. They arranged for the gear stick to be looked at as it was very stiff from sitting a while. This was done and collected on the following Thursday. Dominic went above and beyond to stay late as we got stuck in traffic and didn't arrive till gone 6pm. He sorted everything quickly and efficiently so we could get going on our way home.

The process with them was quick and easy, could tell that the car had been taken good care of which was nice to see after a bad experience at a previous dealer. Had an issue sorting out my own finance, which had nothing to do with them, but they were patient and understanding anyway. Nothing bad I could say.

I bought a VW scirocco from AWB around a month ago and have had non stop problems since purchasing from them. I found out that they tried to temporary fix a major issue, as when we reported the problem they already knew what the problem was without us saying anything, the problem then occurred once I had the car and I had to get it fixed which left me without a car for a while a few weeks in from purchasing it from them. They helped me fix the issue through warranty but since then I have had more and more issues with the car and have contacted them to get a solution and their solutions DO NOT WORK and this is costing me a lot of money on top of what I already paid for the car. They are not a reliable company to purchase from and will do anything to get a sale.

I bought my wonderful used car from AWB Motors in Hyde around 5 weeks ago. I dealt with James in the showroom upon my test drive whom was nothing but honest, helpful and welcoming when we arrived to when we left. I left very happy with my car that was purchased at a very reasonable price. There was a small issue that arose with the vehicle upon getting home (a few hour journey away) that I highlighted with James and then in turn Callum at AWB Motors in Hyde. Callum took the reins and was again so very helpful throughout the process of rectifying the issue of which the company did fully, with no expense spared and no expense to me. i cant recommend AWB Motors in Hyde enough, James and Callum and the vehicle have been great! I will 100% return again for an competitively priced, well cared for used vehicle in the future. thank you again!
