Avoxi charged me for a service I never subscribed to, charged me more than I was originally quoted due to "admin fees", and called me multiple times to sell me more services - despite me asking them to not call me.

I continually felt like I was fighting against Avoxi every step of the way. They could have easily just provided me the service I paid for, but they had to go a step farther and be unnecessarily greedy and predatory.

Had I not noticed my bill was over double the normal amount one month, Avoxi would have kept charging me for something I did not ask for and was not using.

Clearly Avoxi is a company have no qualms with taking advantage of customers to try and make a quick buck. I'd highly recommend you avoid using Avoxi at all costs.

I have been using the AVOXI.COM service for several years and I am very satisfied with the quality of the services. I recommend avoxi.com.

The interface and voice quality work well. But getting a new JP number became a problem. We are waiting for more than a week. In the past, this operation was much much faster.

Avoxi is easy to use. I have had some issues during the set up but the support team was quick to response and helped me to resolve it quickly.

We have always had great service from the Avoxi team, from Justin in sales( always making a plan for us in difficult territories, through to the great support teams.

My Team member was unable to make calls to Singapore partners, there was constant connection error that was faced while reaching to a mobile/landline numbers. This issue was ongoing for 15-20 days.

I got a little bit issue for the caller ID previously, the number sometimes showed up but sometimes showed as "private number". Avoxi's customer service actively helped me test with different settings (since the telecom providers in different countries have different settings), finally solved the problem. They are really good at helping the customers to deal with the issues they are facing with, really a superb team.
