This company is pathetic. I ordered on line, my order was sent to a different address, I have emailed them over 14 times to correct it, they have sent another item out and guess what, it is being sent to the wrong address again, after they assured me it had been altered. They need to get there act together. I WON'T BE BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN

The web site is misleading 10% off first customers order that didn't happen even though I put promotion code in. Free delivery that didn't happen either, customer service weren't at all interested just kept sending Avon promotions back to me. I definitely would never order from this company again. Asked for my order to be cancelled obviously they wouldn't agree to it. Nasty experience from Avon.

My item didn't turn up, but I got a photo of someone else's garden showing that it was delivered. Contacted customer services, explained that it wasn't my house, they just replied by saying to look at the image below(which didn't exist).

Have replied, they are now ignoring me. Will be issuing a chargeback through my card, I would recommend avoiding Avon at all costs. Literally the worst customer services I've come across in years, it's non-existent.

EDIT: Since then they got back to me and sent the original item, so all is resolved.

Shocking customer service!
If it wasn't bad enough that the Birthday present for my manger was returned with no explanation, the Customer Service representative was rude and completely disinterested! I had to ask for free 'Next Day Shipping' to compensate, to be told I could pay for it, and they would refund me, which would all be confirmed in an email that I'm still waiting for! Never would I order online from Avon again, the whole experience was just too painful. Disgraceful!

THIS COMPANY HAS PUT ME INTO DEBT FROM FREE SAMPLES THAT THEY SENT TO ME, WHEN I TOLD THEM I NO LONGER WANTED ANYTHING FROM THEM THEY HAD BAILIFFS COME TO MY HOUSE FOR £60!!!!!! FOR FREE SAMPLES?????? ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING COMPANY, THEY ALSO TEST ON ANIMALS!!!! IF YOU BUY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU ARE THE LOWEST OF THE LOW AND YOU DONT DESERVE TO LIVE LIKE THEY THINK THE ANIMALS THAT THEY TEST ON DONT. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DISGUSTING COMPANY!!!!!!!!

Order not received, apparently lost in transit. Avon could have least contacted me. Won't bother using them again.

Avon took just under £50 in 2 seperate orders from me. Both these orders were rejected their end. I was a longstanding customer. Their customer service team offered an apology for takin the money twice then refusin the order. They cleared my account, refused to resend the order or hold the items at the sale price untily money bounced back to my account, which i wad told would take up to 5 days. Meanwhile i have no funds left available in my account and they wont hold nor honour the discounts i was promised on this order. Most they offered was an insincere apology. Will never use again and advise all not to use if they want an honourable service provider. Avon is far from honourable!!!

Never again ordered hair removal cream for sensitive skin and has burnt my skin in absolute pain no one from Avon is even contacted me back

Im an avon rep and never had any issues with skin care products, my customers have never complained of any issues so dont believe all the bad reviews! My customers love avon and order every month. I have used my commission to buy shower gels, shower creams, skin care, perfume (eve truth and it does last all day) plus other perfumes and make up.

I see discarded Avon books scattered all over the place. Please stop wasting resources on producing a new book every month. Every 6 months if you have too is amble update on line its FREE. Save the planet/money/time.

I have just bought the green cleansing bar and I love it, it smell lovely but it's perfumed so doesn't dry out my skin or anything and leaves Mt face feeling clean and soft.

Just been on the Avon website. They are clearly not only ageist but behind the times. They do not make eyebrow pencils or pomade for anyone with grey or silver hair! They are missing a trick here. Lots of young women are dyeing their hair grey. Dark or blonde eyebrows with silver/white hair looks ridiculous. Come on Avon. I mentioned this years ago but they’re clearly not interested in their regular customers.

Awful! Sub-standard products. Poor value for money. I bought a serum which had a 7 day money back guarantee if you didn't notice a difference (I didn't) and have had hell with the Facebook "customer service" who couldn't organise a (blank) in a brewery! Never again.

Im 7 years Avon represents. Today when i recived my order i see my invoice i was shocked they charged me £20 administration charge becose my payment was late.My order was £43.Come on £20 charge this is not normal after 7 years first time happened. Im definitely FINISHED with AVON!!!!

Avon Unlimited instant lift mascara... Fabulous!Best mascara I've bought in years, definitely recommend 10out of10👍... Not impressed with "Eve Truth" eau de perfum"cost £12 smell doesn't last for even an hour once sprayed, very disappointed 😥

@avon_uk I am so disgusted by you! Used their ‘sensitive’ product on my face as directed, which left me with chemical burns across my face - has caused SO much upset and pain not to mention inconvenience, having to cancel plans and ruined my bank holiday, and their reply is ‘sorry we aren’t doin anything about it’ essentially! You haven’t even offered to look into the product or recall it!!!! Unbelievable - look what your product done to my face and you have taken no responsibility at all. Online order placed. 3/5 items ordered were wrong. Wrong colour or scent sent to me. Tried to log into my account to rectify but says no account with that email! Not likely as its the only email I use. Then said I've logged in too many times.
Absolute nightmare. Won't be ordering again. 😪
