Worst website and customer service ever

I really like one specific Avon product that I used to get from Superdrug but since they stopped stocking it I've been using the Avon website, or at least trying to.
Absolute WORST website ever. I had a load of issues at the start of the year when I bought a bunch of stuff specifically to make up an amount to get a special offer but then it wouldn't let me access a special offer that was promised and the customer service were useless and did nothing.
Just tried to log in again (ironically to leave a bad review for their eyebrow pencil which is garbage) and couldn't log into their website - wasn't accepting my password and wouldn't email me the link for me to update it. Just had a back and forth for days with a customer 'service' person who kept going on about an account number that was on my invoice (it wasn't) only to then tell me they can't reset customer passwords. I just told them to forget it, I don't have time for this.
It's a shame because I do like (some of) their products but the website and customer service are absolutely useless now, beyond frustrating to deal with.
Evidently everyone else is having the same experience judging from the reviews on here. At least now I've unsubscribed from their marketing so I won't get bombarded daily. I suppose I'll just have to make another new account when I need to stock up on my product again, I wish they sold it somewhere else so I didn't have to deal with them.

Ordered 26th April and apparently…

Ordered 26th April and apparently passed to Evri on 28th April. We’re now 7th May and nothing from Evri who still states they have received the parcel but it’s not yet dispatched. Unable to track through Evri as it’s Avon’s responsibility and Avon customer service is non existent- both by phone, WhatsApp and Email. It’s my first order and naturally hugely disappointed! Would not recommend…..

Waiting for an agent on what's app (2 min wait) ...that was 5 days ago. Want a refund or will initiate a charge back through card company. This is a company who want NO contact with dissastisfied customers.

No refunds and terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Contacted Avon to ask how to do a return. Followed instructions to the letter. Several months later after lots of chasing, Avon is now unwilling to process the returned products because I didn’t keep my order number (my account closed due to inactivity) nor a copy of the returns form I sent to them. They’ve confirmed receipt of the parcel (and returns form) but won’t refund, or exchange, or provide credit note or return items. They have both the payment for the goods and the goods themselves. Absolutely scandalous unethical behaviour. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
Am currently taking consumer legal advice.

Hi Id like to buy 300 bottle of skin so soft from you, oh sorry we cant sell you that many! excuse me? Yeah the max is blah blah! so your a wholesaler who limits customers purchasing depsite paying up front for it. Always a hassle trying to place an order and get it delivered, possibly the worst run company ive ever dealt with Absolute sausages

This company is useless

This company is useless, they have the Far Away standard body lotion out of stock since December. This is frustrating because it is the one lotion that we use in our household that agrees with everybody.

Beware of late payment charge of £20

I used to be a rep for Avon but kept my account open for personal use when i stopped selling, i recently put in an order which i received after about a week, i sent something back and paid the rest of what i thought i owed, i didn't realise i had £4.00 postage + £1.25 service charge, because i had not paid those two payments i have been given a £20.00 late payment charge, i have contacted the customer service and have been told i need to pay the £20.00, i am absolutely fuming, after many years of loyal service, i have now closed my account, beware anyone who orders and doesn't pay in time.

Disgraceful

If I could I would put 0 stars but there is no option.
I ordered my items almost 2 weeks ago and it was send an email that delivery company Evri has received it but I’m still waiting.
When I’ve contacted with Avon on messenger they tried to cover their backs and responded to me to give them one more day. After few days I wrote to them no answer.
It is disgraceful how company like this treating their customers that way.
People need to take on board and stop ordering from them.
We are paying for delivery and the items but we don’t receive them.

Reneging on WhatsApp customer services advice

I contacted Avon via their WhatsApp customer services. I was told I could return duplicate gifts and was given detailed information for how to do this. Sent the items back. Heard nothing. Chased after 4 weeks. After another : weeks I’ve been contacted to say the WhatsApp information I was given was incorrect and they can’t proceed with my return. I don’t have the refund and I don’t have the items now either. They’ve basically got money for nothing. Disgraceful customer services. Don’t believe the WhatsApp customer services and don’t buy from them. Their return guarantee is worthless.

The item I ordered was faulty I…

The item I ordered was faulty I returned it in December via Evri..I didn't get a refund when I queried it the customer services telephone number didn't exist and the WhatsApp messages stopped today when I showed proof I had returned it..unless you definitely know you want to keep an item do not order as you won't get a refund even when the item is faulty!!

Lovely items, fast delivery!

First time order at Avon & was a pleasant experience. I remember my nan always using Avon bubble bath when she was here bless her & I felt like taking a trip down memory lane so took advantage of the Boxing Day sale & ordered quite a few different ones as well as some body lotion and shower creams…
Delivery was super fast, all items present & cannot fault the quality or price of what I recieved! Thank you ☺️

Delivery times are ridiculous

Only buy from Avon if you dont mind waiting weeks for your order to be delivered. I ordered £40 worth of goods for my mums birthday, 12 days before her birthday. On the website it says 3-5 days for delivery, so I thought that was plenty of time. I was dead wrong. I ordered them on the 8th, they weren't even dispatched until the 16th and I didnt receive them until the 22nd, 2 days after my mums birthday. I had to go out and buy her some other smellies from Superdrug so she had them for her birthday. Total waste of time, I will never be ordering from here again.

Plastic packaging

My review is because of the packaging. The item I ordered was handed to me by an Avon rep, and it's nice (a luxurious scented hand cream, inexpensive). But I was shocked to find that this prestigious company sends their items out in thick plastics. It really is time to change that to paper and cardboard.

Shocking!!!

Made a big order over £100.
To then be notified about a 15% off everything. Went to go cancel my order and reorder as that is a lot of money…
Cancelling wasn’t an option and when I contacted support they were rude and not even compassionate- just kept repeating it should have been entered at checkout.

Then my order arrived- damaged!!
And half of my order missing.

I text the customer service- no reply!
Had to ring the support which charges you.
And they claimed it wasn’t on my order.
Had to get my order up and argue that I ordered and paid for these items.

We never got any of the free gifts they added on and said we weren’t eligible- which we are!! Literally on my order.

Gave up with the free stuff and asked for the stuff I paid for to be sent to me!!!

Got a new order number and hopefully it should arrive.

Not using you again!

I can't find my parcel

My order says it was delivered. There is picture showing it was left in th next door shop. The shop workers said they told the courier guy to take back the parcel and he did. Now I'm left with no parcel.
