My Eneo Advanced unit stopped working, I had only had it for a year. I was a little worried as I had purchased the unit at an airport a long way from home. I sent an email to Avologi customer service and I got a reply from Jacquelyn S, who she said would guide me though the process and that's exactly what she did. She was very professional and knowledgeable and the process went smoothly. I had been unable to use the Eneo for about 3 months and was noticing a return of some of my wrinkles, which I didn't like, but I'm happy to say that Avologi stood by their product and I am a happy customer. Thanks you Avologi.

Good customer service. We had the device 2.5 years and were disappointed when it failed but your response was terrific.

Shirley and "Jackelyn" helped me through the process of a warranty claim after two years of using my Eneo Advanced face wand followed by a failure to charge . My warranty was fully honored, no problem, and my ENEO Advanced was replaced with a new one that was also easy to register so it would also have a lifetime warranty if ever needed.
Shirley was particularly helpful and followed up with me when the process came to the very end , sometimes the most difficult part when finalizing the details. Shirley made it seem like a smooth landing . I appreciated her !

Avologi was very helpful, prompt, followed through and what they said they were going to do. the process was not overly complicated, instructions were clear, and they promptly replaced my device. This is what you would expect from a high-end product and they met my expectations person who worked with me, Jackelyn was a specially helpful. I would definitely recommend their products because they practice products stewardship.

When the red light device first stopped working I was VERY nervous regarding the warranty - often they are NOT what you are told.
Well ~ I was told I had a Lifetime Warranty and I DO!!! My replacement is being shipped and also has a lifetime warranty. VERY HAPPY with the service. This is, by far, the most expensive cosmetic device I will ever own and it feels good it will last as long as I do!! THANK YOU YAEL!!

I am so happy with the service I got from the company. The bottom of my device broke, and I simply called, and everything was taken care of in a professional manner. I was skeptical, but received such good service that I felt happy to share this feedback. In a matter of a few days, I got instructions on what to do to be sent a completely new device. Mine is the Eneo Advanced.

My experience with the Avologi Customer Service Representative (Yael) was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and professional, and pleasant to work with. She understood the problem and what needed to be done, and she got everything resolved and completed in a short time period. THANK YOU for such a good experience in resolving the issue. I really appreciate it, and based on this experience, I am happy to be an Avologi customer.

Customer service was slow. I had no response from my initial email until I called at least a week later. I had to call customer service several times to check on the progress of the issue. Each time I was on hold for about 30 minutes.
Once the agent, Yael, answered she was polite and helpful, although not very expedient.
Thankfully, the issue has now been resolved after about a month, and I am satisfied with the results.
