just a little confusing on where they pickup spot is from the airport. Yes I'll use the service again. Overall friendly and helpful company.

I understand AviStar has moved to another location and hope their service is better there. We used their service the end of October 2016 and waited over an hour for a shuttle pickup at night from the airport. There were many other people also waiting who made calls to find out the reason for the delay. When we finally arrived there to get our car, we discovered they were only using one van for pickup while there were several other vans parked on their property. We decided at that point to try other parking companies for future trips.

Avistar offers good value in offsite parking near O'Hare Airport. But the hidden cost is the time lost waiting for the pickup from O'Hare to return to the lot. It's not unusual to wait 20 minutes or more even during non=peak times for a pickup.

The staff is friendly and helpful and the cars are always ready to go when arriving back at the lot. So if they can only figure out how to get a more rapid pick up ...

We didn't have a hard time finding the place, and we returned we were picked up immediately very nice service n we will be parking there again, price was good.

they do a great job of having your car ready upon arrival --one con is at night you have to walk about a 1/2 mile to get to the pick-up area

Avistar provides safe and convenient long-term airport parking near O'Hare International. I recommend Avistar without reservation, due to their reasonable rates, timely shuttle service, and close location to ORD

It was good parking space with good service of shuttle.

For several trips, the waiting time for the shuttle can be as long as 40 mins. The dispatcher could not give an accurate arrival time either. I hope it is improved after it moved to the Walley site.

When traveling we always park here and make reservation in advance. On our return we call them up and give them our claim number and our car is ready and waiting for us.

This company was pretty solid. They took real good care of your car and dropped you to the airport in plenty of time for your flight. On the way back, they took a little while for the pickup, but it was fine overall. Will use them again..

it took long time to wait for the shuttle after we got to the airport. It wasn't convenient with a little kid.

We have used Navistar on several occasions. The personnel have always been pleasant and helpful. Using Groupons has always made the cost very reasonable. Because of construction, there is no covered area. This will need to be remedied.

At the time of booking, there was no indication that Avistar has now moved to wally park. I had to go back to wally park. Luckily I had enough time but for people running late, this can be troublesome.
