It was a quick pick-up, friendly service; new shuttle buses.

Staff is friendly and got a great experience in the way to airport. But both times we used this parking company we were waiting over 45 minutes for somebody to pick us up from airport.

Friendly staff, good location and great prices. Nice loyalty program. Only problem is sometime you have to wait a long time for pickup at door one.

I was very impressed with the service provided from beginning to end. It was easy in and easy out. The price was very reasonable. The lot was well secured and everyone was very nice. I would definitely recommend them and will use them the next time I travel from Ohare.

We stood outside of terminal 5 at ORD in temps below freezing on Dec. 28, 2016 at 8pm, waiting outside with my 86 year old MIL after a 9 hour flight, where we were told to wait for the shuttle they promised was on its way. 50 minutes later we took a cab. We were not the only ones waiting for a pick up there. Another couple got tired of waiting and took an Uber. We had already given them multiple chances to improve. These guys recently became part of Wally Park. We made our reservation and prepaid when they were Avistar because we were dissatisfied with Wally Park. Went to Avistar lot and had to go inside to find out that they had moved to Wally Park. This might be the time that will cause us to switch to either a Park Sleep and Fly or a limo to fly out of Ohare. If not, we will not ever use Wally Park or Avistar ever again.

Used services for 5 days. Was told I would be charged for 5 days even though I would be returning at 2 am. Was charged 3 days. I get that policy and the staff is very nice but they told me 5 days and charged for 6.

Simple and easy to use. The people working at Avistar are friendly and very helpful.

The price is great! The ride to and from the airport is short. And very little wait time.

It cost me one more day parking fee when I picked up my car than I was told upon my arrival at the lot. I objected, but had no recourse

DO NOT PARK HERE! I was apprehensive about using Avistar with the mixed reviews I read online - I should have listened to my gut and walked away. I had no issue with the shuttle service to/from O'Hare, they get a solid 4 stars. However, upon picking up my car after 3 days parked here, at 930pm, I found the inside torn apart and rummaged through. Everything from my glove compartment and center console was scattered on the floor and front seats. Nothing appeared missing....my GPS, iPass, sunglasses, phone charger and coins were all there - I'm assuming it was drugs they were looking for. Moreover than the mess I had to pick up, there was a huge scratch across the back of my trunk (like someone keyed it). So I went back to their "office" (aka trailer) and apparently this happens a lot as the guy I talked with already had a stack of copied papers next to him to file a police report. He didn't seemed surprised at all with my complaints. He said they have insurance and will address my issue. Needless to say, after 7 consecutive days of calling to reach this guy "Juan" who I was told is the officer in charge of the lot, never received a response with each call, voice mail and message I left. I am left paying for the damage repairs. STAY AWAY.

Very bendable very professional

I was over charged and double charged at the same time since December 26th. After several attempts to speak to a manager, I finally got a hold of one a few days later who was going to contact corporate and call me back. I'm still waiting for the call and my refund.
