I’m really disappointed with Avionaut after having such good safety ratings for the limited choices of extended rear facing car seats. I’m actually not happy with how cheap the seat feels but also the customer service is NON existent. Very very poor, if your car seat is sent away for repair they don’t provide you with one in the interim and do not care to help you. Honestly I would never buy again purely for the fact the customer service is so bad.

Would not recommend at all, customer service is absolutely horrific, they ignore messages consistently and for a car seat which is £300+ it is awful. I like my seat but knowing the maker can’t even respond to issues that my retailer can’t solve has put me off buying another.

I recently contacted Avionaut as I was having trouble with my car seat, it kept on slipping off the seatbelt (first gen Avionaut Sky).
After 20 minutes of my first email they had responded! They asked for some details and for proof of purchase then informed me that they were going to send out a free replacement seat that would be delivered next day. I was expecting to have to send in my own car seat for replacement clips or something not getting a whole new seat so I amvery happy with the outcome. Customer service was excellent.

The car seats are good, however the customer service is non existent! I’ve contacted them multiple times as well as a business that specialises in car seat safety to not have a single response.

Personally I would avoid as there are lots of other brands of a similar price and Swedish plus tested.
