I ordered glasses from Aventaglasses.com, paid in full, and received an order confirmation — but the product was never shipped. I have contacted their customer service multiple times with no response. Weeks have passed and there has been no tracking information or refund.
This appears to be a fraudulent website that takes payments and does not deliver any products. I’m sharing my experience to warn others before purchasing.

I did not receive a shipping number or were the glasses in the time frame that I paid extra for. I reached out to contact the company and no one responded. Still waiting to receive the glasses. Bad customer service

Ordered on 9/17/25 and still haven’t received it! Emailed multiple times and to many excuses! Can’t even get a refund cause they said I have to receive the item first but they can’t even tell me when the item is coming! The worst!!!!

Terrible customer service
Ordered glasses, and decided I didn't want them, after weeks of trying to reach out customer service is horrible, wont reply in a timely manner and been an absolute nightmare trying to get a refund. Meanwhile they have possession of the glasses thy arrived to them 2 days ago

If I could give zero Stars I would….Worst customer service support ever… I had to jump through hoops to get a response from the company about shipping. Ordered on Aug. 16 did not receive them till Sep. 5 a week later than expected. Tried to reach out to them about the order Aug 20. They did not respond to my email till September 3 and had nothing but excuses… never once did I feel like they cared… the return process was just as bad. They have nothing be excuses of why this and that went wrong… never once took accountability for their mistakes… if you enjoy getting the run around order them. If you respect your own time I would not order….

The worst experience in my life, they are profesional robbers, i made my order on September 6th, and in the present I NEVER RECEIVED NOTHING. Always his “support department” answered me by e-mail telling me that the order is delayed, that í have to be patient, i entered the tracking number on the USPS page and never appears nothing about the package, they only genérate the tracking number but never deposit the package on an USPS Office; they told me again that the delivery company page (USPS) have an error, that the package was on the way but obviously that was a lie, they are lyers, cheaters and robbers.
Please please, don’t make the sane mistake than me, don’t throw your money to the trash.

I paid for the glasses on September 6th, 2025, and had been in constant contact via email multiple times (10 times). On the ordering site, it said delivery by September 12th, so September 11th. I reached out for a verifiable tracking number, and this is what I got...btw I still do not have the glasses and they have not given me a tracking number either...
Here is just one example of the many times that they make excuses: plz look at the date, and still no verifiable tracking number or product delivered. Today is Oct 2nd, 2025...

Bring the charging cord wherever you go 'cuz everything (including wifi transfer) shuts down at 15% batt life! BTW - if you are into any type of professional video post-production, DO NOT buy these glasses.
