They were the smallest, worst flowers I have ever received from you. 1/2 were dead upon arrival and I could have gone into the grocery store and bought them for 20$ off their shelf. The amount I paid you for that garbage was ridiculous. I will be looking for a different flower company in the future to send my wife flowers.

Do NOT order from here the delivery was delayed and the flowers received were NOT what I ordered and a small bouquet I could have bought for 20$. Instead I spent 100$ after all fees and got a joke. Wish I could post pictures to show. AWFUL/...UPDATE: As you can see from the reply below what I am to do..however you cannot email them and their site just loops you once delivery is done. How am I supposed to reach you Avas?

I will not be ordering flowers from Ava's any more. It's a waste of my hard earned dollars, in an increasingly terrible economy.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this company and feel compelled to warn other consumers.
I placed a same-day flower order and immediately tried to contact customer service to confirm the order would be fulfilled same-day. Their phone line, however, is fully automated with no path to a live agent. After spending considerable time trying to reach someone, I looked the company up online and discovered it has a well-documented history of complaints and deceptive practices, including misrepresenting itself as a local florist when it is not. At that point, I attempted to cancel the order immediately.
Unfortunately, the cancellation button on their website functioned as an endless loop with no way to complete the action, and the phone line remained inaccessible. After submitting a callback request through their website, they eventually called me, but then the automated call placed me on hold for 20 minutes before anyone spoke with me, even though they had called me. Then, when I began requesting a cancellation, the agent hung up on me. Despite my explicit and repeated requests via email and time consuming call backs that the order not be delivered under any circumstance, it was sent anyway.
The flowers that arrived bore little resemblance to what was pictured on the website, and several were already dead upon delivery. When a representative called to follow up, they declined to issue a refund on the basis that the order had been delivered. After pushing back, they verbally agreed to a 50% refund in acknowledgment of the poor quality, but only 30% was actually returned to my account.
In total, this experience consumed approximately five hours of my time and resulted in a product that was misrepresented, unwanted, and substandard. Between the deceptive local florist branding, the deliberately obstructive customer service/cancellation process, and the refund that did not match what was promised, I would strongly caution anyone against ordering from this company.

The flowers that arrived were very low quality. Looked like the cheapest bouquet from safeway got picked for 12.99 and i paid about 7x that amount. Over $70.00 for a small dying bouquet to be delivered.

Terrible service. Was out of flowers i chose and didn't even get an option to cancel it. The card looked like a 6 year old made it. Worse flowers I ever ordered. I wouldn't recommend you to anyone.

I placed an order for a dozen roses for my wife for our wedding anniversary. By way of background, I had previously ordered a dozen roses each for my wife and mother-in-law for Valentine's Day, and we were pleased with everything. Not so on this occasion.
Early anniversary afternoon I got an email notice that my order had been delivered to our home. It was not. Thus began the nightmare that lasted WAAAY too many hours.
First, I called customer service line only to have to wade through that series of absurdities. I finally got a text referring me to call 855-607-7710. FWIW: that number is no longer operational. I eventually was given 877-638-3303 which itself presented a series of hurdles. And the online chat functionality is a joke, not worthy of the term "functionality."
When I reached an actual human, the calls were repeatedly dropped. This happened at least a dozen times. And btw, I wonder if the call center based in West Bengal or thereabouts? The dozen or so people I spoke with/attempted to speak with about my order all had Indian accents. Most were articulate in English, unlike the scammers that proliferate in India. When I inquired of their location, they said they were in Dover DE or Newark DE. I suspect neither was/is true.
Late afternoon I received a message that the delivery was delayed but it would be to us by 7pm. It wasn't. I eventually got an email stating that there would be no delivery that day, and that a delivery would be made at some unspecified time in the future.
My head exploded. I contacted the call center again [and again, and again]. Their remedy was to offer a $20 discount on a future purchase and to await the original order's delivery in the future. That is pure crazy talk.
NOT. ACCEPTABLE.
Finally, I was able to reach a supervisor after having been given this patently stoopit offer. I made her a counteroffer: 100% refund and a free arrangement as ordered originally. She would only agree to the refund, after all nothing was ever delivered. And I was exhausted after 6 or more hours.
Net-net: will I ever order from Ava's Flowers in the future? Not a chance in Hell. Will I make this summary known far-and-wide on social media? You can count on it.

I went on line to order flowers for my Mothers Birthday. I ordered first thing in the morning and was stated that it was a same day delivery. I also added an assortment of birthday balloons. They did not arrive so I called the next day. You can not talk to anyone on the phone so I left a message. She finally received 2 days late with only one balloon and flowers I did not order. I will not use Ava's flowers again.

This flower shop is a scam. They sent out roses to my girlfriend her birthday that died two days later. She was so upset and mad that she threw them in the garbage. I want a refund on my order and I never want to do business with this company again. I will also get the word out of this company is a scam and it’s giving me the runaround about giving me a refund. I will never use this company again. You should never use this company for Flowers. They are terrible. Customer service is terrible. The entire experience is terrible.

The flowers were a mess. The delivery person cursed me feoncey. Didn't deliver the flowers. That were purchased from acme grocery store. The delivery person sat in out driveway for about 30 minutes. Did not receive flowers and I want a full refund back to my card not a credit to your store. I will never order anything from you . I feel bad for the person Ava for her name being connected to your business. What was supposed to be a good thing to a complete disaster. And I supposedly was suposed to receive a second call and never did. You can contact me on to talk about my full refund no credit

The flowers delivered did not look at all like what I ordered. When I received a photo by my recipent. I also learned that the flowers sat on the front porch for 10 hours in the heat. After calling CS numerous times and being told something different each time, I insisted on a credit back. The reps didn't speak English well and they most honestly should not be allowed to do business.

I would have happily given 5 stars but I was advised that the flowers would be delivered on the Saturday, for a friend birthday, but they were not delivered until the following Monday. They were specifically for my friends birthday and so they were supposed to be delivered on her birthday. I chose this specific flower shop because it was local and once again I was advised the flowers would be delivered on the Saturday. Disappointed.

The flowers were 4 days late & it was for my wife’s birthday. I was working on a business trip, gone for 3 months, and this was her “you don’t love me anymore” & filed divorce. So my experience was horrible with this company.
