DO NOT USE
DO NOT USE. They are using a post office which only opens 20 hours a week. Long delays on medical orders due to post office being closed is unacceptable.
After I had made a complaint, they tried to lie and say it was because of the busy xmas period, when in reality my order was sat waiting in a closed post office. I ordered on 02/01/2026 and paid for expedited delivery. Still hasn't arrived 06/01/25

We can confirm that your order was processed and dispatched within our stated timescales. As your order was placed on New Year’s Day (Bank Holiday), our next-day service does exclude bank holidays, and it was therefore dispatched on Friday 2 January for delivery on the next working day, Monday 5 January.
Tracking shows the parcel was successfully handed to Royal Mail and scanned, but was delayed at their hub, likely due to the festive period. This was unfortunately out of our control, and potential delays were advised at the time of order. We are pleased to see that your order was delivered successfully today at 11:46am, prior to this review being posted.
