You all were very good with helping…

You all were very good with helping with the issue I was having trying to get into my account. This had been going on for about 3 months and I couldn’t pay my rent.

I liked that the Avail site was easy to…

I liked that the Avail site was easy to navigate and had excellent guidance, but the listing took several days to start and also no Avail applicants completed the entire application. A different site posted very quickly and had many complete applications...I don't know why it was easier for applicants to complete on a different site.

Listings on Avail go through an internal review by our Trust & Safety team, processed in the order they’re received. This typically takes 12 to 24 hours, but varies depending on volume. If additional information is needed, our team will reach out to help move things along.

As for applicants not completing their applications, we’ve found that many stop at the screening fee page, often because they’re hesitant to pay before touring the property. If your applicants need help or have questions about that step, they’re welcome to reach out to our support team directly—we’re happy to assist and help them feel more confident in the process.

I had trouble setting up rent…

I had trouble setting up rent collection. Despite following the instructions outlined in the education video in the Help Center, setting up the rent collection in the final step was not as straightforward as it was made to seem. In fact, as of this writing, it is still pending. Everything else worked fine including setting up the tenant screening, leases, and linked bank accounts for rent deposit.

waste of time as they want unnecessary personal data

Wasted time putting together listing to be asked to provide SSN and DOB at the end. Other major property search sites do not ask for such private information to list a rental. Was looking to expand my advertising but will continue to use the other sites as I have successfully found tenants on them in the past.

This service has lack of functionality for people who has status like F-1. Not going to looking for house if they use Avail for application.

To clarify, Avail partners with TransUnion to generate screening reports, and they do require a valid SSN or ITIN along with a U.S. residence history in order to process those reports.

That said, renters coming to the U.S. can still apply through Avail, though in some cases, they may not be eligible for screening reports due to TransUnion's requirements. We know this isn't ideal, and we truly appreciate you bringing attention to it. Well worth the cost

Always surprised at how quick I can get a live person on the phone to help me figure things out so far I have gotten great tennis who pay on time and are taken care of my properties by using the background checks and tools available through avail none of this to even mention how convenient it is to list all my properties with a push of a button
