everything was great except i asked for…
everything was great except i asked for my parcel to be put through the gate but they gave it to a neighbour instead, nothing major but if i really needed it and the neighbour had gone out i wouldn’t of been able to retrieve it

Thanks for informing us. We did put a note on the couriers website when we booked the parcel on. Unfortunately, sometimes they don't read them when they deliver, especially if it's a busy round. We will inform the courier that they need to check the notes beforehand.

Brilliant help and delivery
Absolutely brilliant service from Avace. We needed advice on a Grade 2 Listed building and Scott researched the correct paint. Once we agreed to buy a pro-forma was speedily e mailed and the paint delivered overnight !
No company could have done more so very happy customers!

Communicative and helpful
Avace team were communicative and helpful. Product arrived well packaged and as expected. Small delay which was my fault / issue communicating with courier. Emily from Avace went above and beyond to resolve it very quickly and the courier they used were extremely helpful. I would use this company again and recommend them.

I needed to source some Graphenstone paint to complete a house we're building, nobody else was holding stock after the UK importer went pop - So finding these guys was an absolute live saver. I dealt with Emily and her treatment of me as a new customer was the same you'd expect if you'd been buying from them for a decade. She even added some colours to the list that we needed - that weren't currently there. Add in overnight shipping and what could have potentially meant redecorating a whole house has been avoided. 10/10 will be back.
