Great experience

Liam sold us the car and we absolutely love it. Renault kadjar, went to view that day and ready to drive away which within an hour or so we did do. We had our 4 month old baby with us which made things slightly more difficult but the team totally understood and gave us the time to see to baby also, not like other dealerships we have been to just trying to sell the car. The team are very approachable and helpful. Owen also called to follow up on the car to check that everything was okay. Really recommend these guys, a nice small dealership located in barnsley, makes it feel more personal on your buying experience than the bigger dealerships.

Ask for liam

Incredible staff

Incredible staff. Our car broke down on Thursday (we were going on holiday on Monday so the stress level was super high) the staff were incredibly understanding and after a lot of hard work and patience from them we were driving away by Saturday afternoon. On top of which all the staff were lovely to my 2year old who was very grumpy amidst all the excitement. I can’t thank Jayon and Liam enough for their endless patience and knowledge not to mention all the hard work they put in. (As a side note the car is Also great drives like a dream) thank you guys.

It'd be a zero id i could.. shocking!

Where to begin – shocking – one of the worst cowboy outfits I have dealt with in my life! Initially they were really friendly and helpful trying to arrange finance for a car of my choice – then it was downhill from there! I couldn’t arrange finance until I had chose a car but I couldn’t see it until it had a deposit on – that should have been a sign really but I was stressed and keen to get it sorted to I (uncharacteristically) allowed myself to be pressured into picking a car I was assured could be changed at a later date and handing over the £99 deposit. Autozone went away and arranged finance.. Everything was in place for the car – I thought ! A couple of days later I was contacted to say the financers were not paying out to them so they couldn’t work with them and they tried to talk me into another agreement I wasn’t comfortable with I declined and said I would go elsewhere. A week later I was contacted to say there was a misunderstanding and my car was ready and I could proceed with the original financers. I advised I had sorted this as they said they couldn’t work with them and reminded them they hadn’t returned my deposit they assured me they would return it.

Cue a week of me calling and emailing and finally advising them I was taking advise from trading standards before they eventually returned the £99 – the service is absolutely disgusting and I wouldn’t touch them with a bargepole if they were the only option available. Save yourself hassle and steer clear!

I would like to caveat for anyone else affected the finance team were first response they are incredible I advised them of what Autozone had said and they didn’t understand the problem but helped me find another dealership who would work with them, that dealership was so much more professional and the vehicles were better priced. I now have a car and they were great from start to finish so if you have finance agreed with them I would take it elsewhere!

Went to Auto zone Coconut Creek was…

Went to Auto zone Coconut Creek was helped by an agent named Korey Jenson. He was really great answered all my questions, Asked the right questions things I did not think of. Seemed very caring. Went over policies and what I needed to do. I was extremely happy with this experience as most sales people are very pushy and KOREY MKADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE.

I’m replying to your reply to me….

I’m replying to your reply to my previous review. You know full well who I am, the Reg of the car was NA17 YVG. I was told the car would be ready on the Friday if my wife signed the deal on the Monday evening by Liam, with a sign off from his boss Dylan. It wasn’t ready Friday and I was told to attend to collect on the Saturday. I explained I would have a 7 hour journey to you and the train was expensive, and would also have to pay for childcare for a disabled child. I was told to go ahead and travel. I was 10 mins from the garage when I got a call to state you’d discovered a fault with the car. I had to pay for an additional train home and it was a 16 hour journey for nothing. I was then told the part would be in Monday, only to be told two days later on the Wednesday the car is fixed but you’ve discovered the HPI hadn’t been cleared and this could take another 7 working days. Despite having it in writing from Dylan that my train fare for the wasted journey would be reimbursed, this has never come to fruition. Your directors have refused to contact me, your staff have agreed the service was terrible but their is nothing they can do. I’m out of pocket by £400 (let alone my time) with no one willing to stick to their word. All I have requested is a refund of the train fare for £205 which your staff have the receipts for after they requested it. It’s going to cost you money to respond to both the financial and motor ombudsman, as well as time dealing with trading standards and the small claims court. You are willing to rip anyone off with not a care in the world. All round bad humans from a business run by jobsworths.

I applied for finance on a vehicle and…

I applied for finance on a vehicle and got a phone call back within 10 mins spoke to a very nice gentleman called Lewis. Really down to earth not a typical salesman if you know what I mean. Picked up the vehicle today looked even better than the pictures !!! He got everything done as promised and eleven more to be honest. I would give autozone 5 stars, the vehicle was so clean had 12 months mot even changed discs pads 2 new tyres, genuinely deep clean it is like a new car 🚗 I arrived a hour early and a lovely lady made me a brew. Could even have a breakfast or a burger there could ask for more five stars, I will be back in 3 years for a new one 👍

Dodgey Cars!

Bought a car from them in November, dealership was a terrible experience from the day i went to pick up the car. Got a text 10 mins before due to pick car up (after having got a taxi from an hour away) that I couldn’t take it. Anyway got the car home and have had nothing but problems with it that were clearly pre existing! Now paying a fortune to fix it. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone wanting a decent car. I was a first time car buyer & they must have saw me
Coming a mile away, a very expensive lesson learnt for next time!
