Horrible experience
Horrible experience. My husband booked a reservation through Expedia. When he got there he realized his license had just expired. The agent wouldn’t transfer the reservation to me. So we booked a new reservation with Autovia for twice the price. The agent said she couldn’t cancel our existing reservation. We figured it’d be fine to cancel our existing reservation with customer service because why would we have to pay for the same reservation twice? But no Autovia wouldnt cancel it. So we paid twice for the same service. Will never use Autovia again and will tell my friends to avoid it.

Excellent customer service / Slow processing time
The lady at the desk had excellent customer service. She had a smile on her face the whole time and exchanged jokes despite the very long queues in front of her.
We were upgraded (for free) to a larger, more modern and more comfortable car. However, this proved slightly inconvenient due to the narrow streets we sometimes drove through - nothing the company could’ve done about this though.
However, the desk was significantly understaffed considering we waited 50 minutes to be served with the queue starting to snake through the terminal. Moreover, the location of the desk is outdated on rentalcars.com so we briefly exited the terminal unnecessarily.
The company’s branding is a bit confusing so it was hard to spot the logo (ecovia / autovia).

If I could give this scam company zero stars I would.
Having had our flight delayed by EasyJet we arrived at Bari airport and were told that our car had been given away. The rep then miraculously found us another much more expensive car. What could we do? The queues were horrendous and we were exhausted from travelling. We ended up paying double! All in all nearly £800 for a week’s car hire! I was disgusted by this and will never use this company again. STAY AWAY

The wait at the airport is unbelievably…
The wait at the airport is unbelievably long. Imagine being on a long flight, and all you want to do is get to your destination. The paperwork, the understaffing, the continuous waiting is amplified by the tiredness.
I will look for another company next time.
The car was fine, but that is the expectation.

Tank half full
We picked up the car late in the evening and the man was very busy and we recognized too late that the Tank was only half full. When we gave the car back we could prove it with a photo. But the man did not care!! It was our problem… 30€ lost!! Bad experience! No other problems.
