ABS Pump Repair
Defective ABS pump was repaired. Some delay as first part ordered was defective. Repaired unit refitted and error codes have disappeared and speedometer works. Reasonable communication and good pick up and delivery of the unit. Much cheaper than a new unit and no programming required.

Absolutely happy with my experience…
Absolutely happy with my experience with Autotronics. Had faulty Fiat 500 remote key (automatic locking wasnt working) and the shell casing also needed replacing. Great price then what I was quoted somewhere else.
Was kept up to date on repairs and delivery was done in great time. Would definitely use again and thankyou again for pleasant transcation.
And the quality of the case they replace was brilliant and works perfect.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
First class service. Sent Fiat dashboard pod by post office parcels. They notified me when delivered, Autotronics contacted me an hour later to say it had arrived and was being examined. Had a phone call later that day with a small query and a few hours later another email to say it had been repaired and would shortly be on its way back. Delivered by DPD and was well packed and works correctly. The whole process took less than a week and with a weekend in the middle.
Highly recommended and very impressed by the company. (which makes a change nowadays).

We recently had a failed module on our BMW X1 and took it into Autotronics Leicester mid-afternoon. To our surprise, it was ready for collection the very next day—super quick turnaround!
After installing it, we found the same issue still persisted. We returned the module and explained the situation. Without any hesitation or quibble, they booked it back in and had it ready for collection again the same day. That kind of efficient, no-fuss service is rare to find these days—absolutely brilliant.
And here’s a final point that deserves a special mention... I asked if they had a toilet I could use. Not only did they have one—it was so clean and beautifully decorated that I was honestly stunned! If TrustPilot did reviews for toilets, this one would get 5 stars without question. It’s cleaner and classier than some top restaurants I’ve been to!
Thanks again to the team at Autotronics for top-notch service, speed, and attention to detail (even in the loos!). Highly recommended.

Very helpful on the phone for first enquiry, turned up at there unit/front desk, met one of the staff who was pleasant, left me to fill out a form, then never came back, I had to ring the desk bell for help again, I was then met by a different member of staff, who was helpful and pleasant again, I was told it would take 2/3 days to repair my Ecu, which was ok with me, the next day I received a notification to say the work had started on my ecu, within an 1 1/2 hours it was all done and ready to collect, very fast turn around and service was great, fitted back into car and all works great 5star service

faulty temp clock
I sent my faulty temp clock on Thursday, got a message Saturday to say it had been repaired and arrived back on Tuesday. Service from start to finish and the communication was excellent. I would highly recommend this company

Cheap and Professional
I've had a problem with my Airbag ECU having a short to ground. Autotronics was able to repair it in 4 hours for a fraction of the price, after dealer quoted me thousands for the replacement. Would definetly use their services in the future.

BMW 320d ECU repair
My ECU got damaged by water ingress, after a quick search I found autotronics. The cost of repair was very reasonable and turnaround time was good so I placed my order. In just under a week I had it back which was brilliant as Its my work vehicle. Plugged in and the car works perfectly again, even to the point it's running better than before! Superb service, couldn't recommend them enough!
