The entire process was streamlined into a low-stress, high-quality car shipping experience. Even with the unforeseeable problems that arose (truck broke down) and inclement weather across the midwest-new england, i got my truck home earlier than expected.

This was a very easy transaction. Contacted Direct Express Auto Transport my car from Michigan to California. Within 24 hours the car was assigned and pickup was arranged. We were able to meet at a convenient location due to our small residential streets. The transport driver was timely and alerted me of his planned arrival time. The transport was equally smooth on the other end. The vehicle arrived a day early. Very satisfied customer.

I recently tried Direct Express Auto Transport for the first time when shipping a vehicle from Texas to California. I am so impressed with Express Direct Auto Transport! The customer service was excellent as I had lots of questions and some logistic challenges. The driver who showed up was courteous and communicative.

I was very satisfied with this shipping company. I chose the most expensive option for shipping because I knew I'd get better service and I did. The contract was picked up an hour after I gave my deposit. The car was picked up the same day I made it available for shipping and arrived a day earlier than they estimated. The driver was efficient and treated my car like it was his own. I would definitely ship with this company again.

Direct Transport was easy to work with, website explained everything, quote was a good estimate, and Jessie was professional and helpful, which was important since this was my first time to ship a car. Evans Transport was assigned, their support person was also easy to work with and provided advance notice on when and where to meet the truck. The driver was very professional and careful loading my car, and flexible with the delivery to work with my receiving person s schedule. I will definitely use them again.

order # 230400. I shopped around. I had at least 10 other quotes from different companies- one company (Mont something) told me I wouldn't find a quote less and if it was less I would not get my car! Which was scary and not true apparently... I reached out to auto transport customer service (I think Jessie was her name) and they got back to me right away via email. I decided to go with them because I was flexible and didnt care if the care came in a week or two and a lot cheaper. And it was perfect! They emailed me right away (Monday) that another carrier (SKYY TRANSPORT INC) would pick up the car in FL on Weds, (which they did) and deliver on Sat in IL which they delivered early Friday night! The woman on the phone was kind and the delivery man/truck driver was kind and fast! Highly recommend! Great job!

Jessie was very courteous and evidently got the ball rolling, because within just a couple of hours of my call, I received notice that a car transport company had been assigned. Direct Express picked a good one (K1 Trsnsport, and it’s driver Omar) as communication and delivery were very timely.
