Incredibly poor communication from both the driver and the company itself. They know your hands are tied and couldn't care any less once they have your money and belongings.

Atrocious communication. Very late for pick up and drop off. Extremely slow to respond to messages and the person pretends like you don't have an ongoing conversation. Can't stick to a timetable or update you with any issues or delays. First and last time I will ever use this company.

First the truck carrier wasn’t working then they got someone else it has been 8 days and still no car. They told me it was in Tampa then switched up and said Sarasota and again Tampa. I paid them before my car was even picked up. I feel I was taken advantage of and ripped off. I would never go with this company again

They were able to find me a professional driver within the time that I needed it. Abel made this smooth and reached out to me when he needed to.

Took a little longer than estimated with the standard package, however the service was great and as expected. They also the most competitive prices In the industry that Ive seen. And Ive done my research.

Thanks very much for dumping the fridge outside the rugby club because it was an inch too high for the door. I’m sure there’s an excuse (covid, health and safety or similar), but literally just walking off and leaving me on my own at 8am with £1500 of fridge stood outside is really much appreciated. No offer of assistance, no advice, just literally silently walked off.

Direct Express Auto Transport was awesome. They did a great job, from start to finish. I booked online and working minutes I spoke with their agent Jesse on Sunday.

I had canceled another company because I had. It heard back in 24 hours. Direct Express Auto Transport had a transport company ready to go in a few hours. Taurus Auto Transport was in Tahacapi within 24 hours and had the car to me in Sonoma County 15 hours later. Driver was very responsive and kept me informed during transport. He made sure to inspect the vehicle before he accepted final payment and then shook my hand. A very professional man. We will definitely use them again if needed.

I had an expensive car shipped from Illinois to Arizona. I was nervous to day the least. Very satisfied with the service. Car was picked up on time and arrived 2 days earlier than originally scheduled. The driver was kind enough to keep me posted and work with me on a delivery time. My car was in perfect shape upon delivery. I would definitely use Direct Express again and recommend them to my friends.

The service was excellent. I chose the standard service meaning the car would be picked up in 1-10 days. My car was pecked up after 2 days and the driver delivered the car the following day. it was a very pleasant experience.

Awesome experience, safe, on time, courteous. they were here when they told me and delivered the car to my Son a day earlier than scheduled. will us them again.

Arrived on time, and reached destination a day late which is fine for me.
No hidden costs, paid remaining money with cash.
Driver picked car from source near by main road. Bought car and stopped in front of house. No damage to the cars. we had much luggage inside the car which remain same position as it is.

I recommend others and I will use in future if needed.

This is the second time I have used Direct Express Auto Transport to ship my car across the country, and I have been impressed both times. They assigned my car to a driver very promptly both times and delivered my car sooner than the estimated time! My partner has had trouble shipping his car with other companies in the past, but I have had nothing but a positive experience with this company. I will be using them again soon!

Having never shipped a vehicle before, I was not sure what to expect. Well, here is what to expect with Direct Express Auto Transport: a quick and easy process. I was notified almost immediately that my transport had been secured and even the estimated dates of pickup and delivery were really close to spot on. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Warning Warning. BEWARE! Bait and Switch. Do NOT use this company they use bait and switch tactics. They bid a low internet quote that they know would not ship at that price. Customer service is like dealing with petulant children. Don't waste your time with this unprofessional small business. FOLLOW UP.......To be clear this disreputable company uses bait and switch tactics. They quoted a price of 720.00 for shipping and told me it would ship within 1-10 days. Then had a carrier select the car so they could charge my credit card. That carrier subsequently deselected the car but these people still charged the 200.00 deposit to my CC. After two weeks they said I could add 100.00 to the price. Do yourself a favor go with a reputable broker that does not use unethical business practices.

This was by far the worst company I’ve ever worked with. Not professional at all, and neither are their transportation vendors. Save yourself the headache and go with a different company. Check their REAL reviews on Yelp.
