Purtroppo la mia esperienza con Autoricambi Service Srl è stata molto negativa. Ho ricevuto un faro usato che non è idoneo all'installazione. Il componente presenta un forte effetto di opacizzazione ("foggy effect"), non è impermeabile e, inoltre, la linguetta di fissaggio superiore sinistra è rotta.
Il fatto che il ricambio sia usato non giustifica la vendita di un prodotto danneggiato e usurato al punto da non poter essere utilizzato correttamente. Le condizioni del pezzo non corrispondono a ciò che ci si aspetta da un articolo messo in vendita.
L'aspetto più deludente è stato il completo mancato supporto al cliente. Ho contattato il venditore per segnalare il problema e chiedere una soluzione, ma non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta.
Prodotto in condizioni inaccettabili e assistenza clienti inesistente. Non posso raccomandare questo negozio.

Unfortunately, my experience with Autoricambi Service Srl was very disappointing. I received a used headlight that is not fit for installation. The part has severe discoloration and a foggy appearance, it is not watertight, and the upper-left mounting tab is broken off.
The fact that the part is used does not justify selling an item that is damaged and worn to the point where it cannot be properly used. The condition of the product was far below what should be expected from a part offered for sale.
The most disappointing aspect was the complete lack of customer service. I contacted the seller to report the issue and request a solution, but I received no response at all.
Poor product quality and zero customer support. I cannot recommend this seller.
