Ordered front leaf spring bushings for an '03 Xterra. They sent me bushings for a Tacoma. Different manufacturer, Different part number, Different colour, different everything and clearly the wrong parts. Im a licensed mechanic and know my parts, these were clearly not at all correct. I even took the time to drop out the front of the spring to confirm they weren't just a substitute, they're not. Contacted customer service and heard nothing for over a week. Submitted a return request and have been fighting with them for two weeks now to have them authorize the return, as they refuse to confirm that the parts are wrong. I've sent multiple emails back and forth, provided photos of the parts I've received vs. Screenshots of the listing for the parts I'd ordered, pointed out multiple times the difference between manufacturers, part numbers and vehicle fittings and still nothing. Theives. I'm currently out about 75 bucks and still can't repair my car. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE A-HOLES. Terrible customer service and you will be ripped off. I usually use Rockauto but they didn't have what I needed so I went with Autopartsway......NEVER again. Be warned.

No free shipping for Canadians charge for shipping then sends by UPS , From Richmond to Quesnel BC 7 days. Goes to Prince George first the back to Quesnel. No help from Company "it's out of their hands" Canada Post is 2 Days

Owning 7 cars at the moment and being a car enthusiast, I have been using them for close to a decade and they never disappoint.

Inventory: They are the best in Canada, hands down. No matter is you want aftermarket or OEM parts, accessories or performance parts, they have them. And if they don't, no one else will.

Price: Very, very competitive. I used to work for a repair shop and some of the prices that we paid wholesale for parts were higher than what is on their website available to every customer.

Shipping: Free over $100. Can't beat that. Most orders arrive well before their estimates. Under promise and over deliver.

Service: Not once ever did they ship incorrect parts. I did receive something that didn't fit my car, but it was my mistake ordering, not theirs.

Returns: Easy! What I like most is that there is no reason to contact them. Just log in, put in a return request on their website, you receive an email with the return instructions shortly afterwards.

Overall: They are the go-to auto parts store in Canada.

Bonus Insight: Many of the other Canadian auto parts website are simply resellers for AutoPartsWAY.ca. They buy from AutoPartsWAY and AutoPartsWAY ships the part on their behalf to the customer. Knowing this fact, it makes zero sense for me to not go directly to the source.

No return policy!
Once they got your money they will never give it to you back!
I tried to cancel the order because I had accident with my car the same day the order was made. And I contacted them immediately after the accident.
They waited the next day to ship my order first and the wrote to me to tell me that " unfortunately they can't cancel it"...
It's the cheap game they play.
Be smart don't buy here!

Once they take your money,you will never ever see it again. No return policy ever!!! Cancelation are impossible even after a first minute of your order.
If you have any chance to buy somewhere else do it.....

easy to deal with, on time and good product

Items received on time and it was same as described. Customer service agent was prompt, responsive and helpful.
This was first time I bought anything from Autopartsway and was not sure about services or product. I am very happy with my experience and will not hesitate in future purchase.

I had trouble ordering online, but customer service took the order with no problem. Shipping was fast, the price was excellent, as were the parts. Very impressed.

I clearly ordered (2) lug nuts for a 2004 Mazda B4000....the web site shows "comes in a box of 10" (So 20 lug nuts intotal). I had to pay for shipping because these parts came from a different warehouse from my main order...Done! Nope....2 lug nuts arrived, I complained arguing my point above ( total of 20), they then said that the part was no longer in stock. ( as of today...1 week later there own website shows 40 available......boxes or total lug nuts I still don't know). They now are issuing a refund....another complaint! Now they are saying I'm threatening them and they are considering legal action. This is a scam web site! Stay away. P.s. I have all my correspondence to date with them copied. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Purchased strut assemblies in Nov 2023. Parts are now leaking. Sent in an e-mail request, pictures etc.. Trying to get a replacement part has been brutal. They do not pick up the phone or return e-mails. It has been 9 days now and still crickets from this company. Never again will I purchase from them. They are certainly not client service oriented.
