AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Purchased a Porsche Macan S 2015 from them in November '25. Within 10 days, informed them that there were multiple issues with the car, namely a noisy wheel bearing, damaged CV boot/ joint, engine oil leak, and severe juddering from the transfer box.
These issues were confirmed by an independent garage locally. I contacted Automatic motors and they agreed to have the car back to rectify the issues. They had the car for 10 days, after delaying returning the car as they were 'too busy'.
When I collected the car, the owner barely spoke and it was handed over by one of the garage guys with a promise that ALL of the repairs were carried out and everything was fixed. On the way home, the transfer box started juddering again, the wheel bearing was rumbling away and the suspension was now creaking.
I informed them that I was not happy and they defended themselves by saying that the car had passed an MOT (in their own garage) and an AA inspection, which I later discovered was carried out 3 months before I bought the car.
Over all, their warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on, they are dishonest and they will do everything possible to not actually resolve your issues.
I considered taking them to court but having sought legal advice, was told they were unlikely to pay any costs anyway, even if they lost the case.
I am now having to spend in excess of £4000 to get the car to a state where it is actually roadworthy and usable on a daily basis.
Cowboys!!!

NOT RECOMENDED AT ALL!!!!!!! I tried purchasing a Tesla Model X from…

I tried purchasing a Tesla Model X from this dealer. Spoke to Ray over the phone on 26/11/25 around 11:30.When a question was asked, he opted to provide sarcastic and aggressive comments instead of providing information. Not friendly at all. I have bought cars for last 25 years from many dealers, this is by far the worst i have ever seen. Looks like they do not want customers to ask questions as they are trying to hide something. NOT recommended.

I have bought an MG couple of months back. The dealer did not disclose the key information that the car was used as Ex Taxi/PCO which could significantly lower the value of the car.

They gave an agreement mentioning the car can be returned under 30 days in case if any issues. But after I reached out to them with this issue, they denied for return.

They did give me 3 months warranty. The car also broke in 1.5 months. When I reached They pointed me to MG manufacturer's warranty which was also expired as car was not regularly services with them.

The car seem to be accidental as well.

Please avoid this dealer to protect your mental well-being.
