Poor customer service
I wasn’t offered a car while the repair was done, my rear camera was broken after the repair and i had to spend time fixing it. They paid for the repair but it’s still time wasted for something that was not my fault. No answer when i called to ask about the repair status but when using another phone they immediately answered.

Quality of the job is very good but …
Quality of the job is very good but the time was a bit longer than necessary ...3 weeks for painting an element. That,s way I give you 4stars.
Is abnormal after evaluation to block the car 2 weeks with no reason, for a small scratch.
I asked to call me imediatelly when the car is ready but actuallly I keept calling ....
German concept implemented with Romanian personnel.....here needs some improvements.
