Although I didn't book a car from Emil at the end due to a change of plans, he was really helpful and responsive answering any questions I had regarding the rental and even suggested cheaper options.

I've been a customer for some time now, I travel quite a lot and have been in need of rentals quite often. After trying a number of places, I can confidently say that this is truly one of the best experiences I've had. The interaction is always great. Via phone or whatsapp or email, you get fast responses, sometimes crazy fast. The cars have always been new, always had what I wanted, or hooked me up with a great variant. Customer support has always been there for me when I needed them. This last hire was for a van and everything went as smooth as molasses. Very professional, flexible and a very good experience, again. We took the car from Romexpo and someone came and pick up, from our place.

Smooth and hassle free experience renting a car through CarPro. I have rented a car through CarPro for 9 days in February, provided them with my flight number and their representative got in touch with us as soon as we landed in Bucharest Otopeni.
The agent was friendly and helped us with any information we required when taking the car and within 10 minutes I was already in the car leaving the airport.Car was as described,clean, well cared for and only @27000 km on the clock.Returning the car took only 5 minutes as I opted for full insurance and no deposit was required.
5* is just not enough for this car hire experience ☺️
I look forward to booking with CarPro next time I will come to Romania.

Rented an Audi A4 from Bucharest Otopeni Airport. They have a nice service where you can rent without the security deposit. Marius the agent was on time. No problems, would definitely recommend. The car was new (actually 2019 I believe) it had around 8000 KM on the odometer. What I liked was that it did not had those stupid car rental stickers like most rental vehicles back home.

Short notice booking and I was helped with no issues. I would recommend carpro to anyone visiting romania. God bless you all.

Great company with dedicated employees, on time and willing to accommodate the needs of the customer. If you are an international driver, make sure your driver’s license is valid by itself while driving in Romania. Personally, I have a US driving license and I just found out that I need an additional permit to legally drive in Romania. Police here can give you legal trouble, no joking. Otherwise, all is good with CarPro, great people and new(er) cars in stock. I will use their services again next time.

I got a fairly new car for a decent price with a full insurance for little extra. Very helpful and professional staff at Timisoara airport, they even gave a automatic for the price of the manual. So far a great experience with them.

I've rented a car for 17 days in June 2019.
Very honest people are working there. They told me a price including full insurance, unlimited km and no deposit . That I paid. No hidden fees.
And was a decent price.
Very good communication with the customer service before and after rental period.
The agent who delivered and picked the car -Iulian- was very polite and professional.
The car was new and clean.

As a corporate customer we rent cars very often from them both in Cluj and in Bucharest. Before going to them we used to just google cars, negotiate with every supplier, put the results in Excel and then read a ton of feedbacks for every supplier. Almost every time before using them it was hard to find what we wanted. As a travel agency (TRAVELNET) we have a lot of groups which typically book short periods with airport pickup (about 20-30 a year).

We meet the Alex from CARPRO in 2012 at a conference in Bucharest and since then we rented about 200 times from them. Every time something happened they went above and beyond to solve it with the supplier. They have a very cool brand new vehicle option, and no extra insurance lets-triple-the-price-gig going. Basically the rate they supply is an all inclusive rate, and that makes them very easy to work with.

Plus they are always a call away. Regardless of the hour.

I am at the beginning of my experience with Carpro and so far, everything went well. I just got done finishing my reservation and the customer service and real tome response to my questions makes all the difference. Prices are decent as well.
