Been a pleasant experience with our Kia, Delivery was good and supportive customer service. Jeff the delivery man was very kind and took his time to go trough everything in the car and outside the car.

Everything went smooth from ordering until delivery. The only criticism that I can give is about the spare wheels with winter tires. These were nicely bagged and set in the rear of the car but the wheel covers where not in a bag. It would have been nice if they were in a bag too because they are greasy but it's not a problem.

Note : I have only driven the car to a carpark.

Very happy with the overall experience. Even after taking delivery when I had a small concern with the car they happily arranged a checkup for me at the nearest service station.

I should say I am quite satisfied with my new car and with the service provided. The prices are a bit lower than the normal market prices, I would even say quite lower, and on top of that the ease and convenience of procurement as well as the communication with company representatives deserve 5 stars. The pictures on the website provide a very good overview of what you are getting. On arrival, the impression is better than expected. Very friendly personnel. Cheers to Michael, Alexander and Jeff!

This must be what the future feels like. Like most people, I was skeptical at first about buying a car online. But with autohero’s 14-day return policy, I decided to try it out. Let’s just say I fell in love with the car at first sight, and have been enjoying it ever since. Their sales personnel are very patient, especially with non-Dutch speaking customers, carefully explaining the car buying process to a first-timer like myself. All in all, a very happy experience.

I would never thought I will buy a car online someday, but thanks to Autohero, it actually happened and works amazingly well. The whole process is quick and transparent, I got clear instruction and frequent update about the purchase and the vehicle. all the stuff are very patient and friendly, special thanks to Daniel and Wesley. All in all, I would definitely choose Autohero again for my next car, and recommend to my friends.

Good service. Everything was managed efficiently and transparently. Customer teams were quite easily reachable and informed us about all updates well in time. The only problem I faced was with the delivery time. It took longer than promised (2 weeks vs 4 weeks) but that was primarily due to a delay caused by the road transport office in registering the car. While I don't blame Autohero entirely for this, going forward, they should make this known to the customer beforehand instead of having its customer success teams apologize later.

Otherwise all went smoothly. Would most definitely recommend! 😀
