This is a first time ever we tried to sell and buy car online., but it was not not completed as we used to think, it is not easy to trust someone you never see physically. But autohero is the trustworthy company we can trust. Delivery man is very kind and professional. And the car is good like we seen in website.

The complete experience was great. A special note to Joffrey that delivered the car and was very professional and polite.

The car I bought works fine and there were no unpleasant surprises.

The delivery guy (@KOEN) was extremely helpful and well-prepared.
Everything went smoothly and although the payment did not update immediately on their platform Koen solved it with the guy in charge from AutoHero just by sending the proof of payment.

Also another "+" is that An-Sofie from Autohero made the follow-up call a few days after de delivery to make sure that everything is ok!

Will buy cars again from these guys in the future for sure! Good job!

We were initially sceptical about buying a car online without test drive. But it all looked professional and the 21 days return policy was even better than doing 1 test drive and buying.
We are very happy with the overall process. Highly recommend.
The scan copies of the documents which are provided for insurance can be a bit better.

The experience was successful! I was a bit reluctant about buying a car online, but in the end, everything went smoothly: nice contact with the seller, car delivered at my door on time (in the center of Brussels!). The car was perfectly described on the website, I received what I ordered.

The day your car is delivered, you can track it well both via your autohero account and the app Waze due to being sent to you by the person who delivered your car. My car was delivered by Jurgen. He was very friendly , if you have any questions he also gave a lot of explanation.

Just received my Lexus CT200h a week after the promised time.
There was a problem with a tow hook, and the car didn't pass the inspection the first time. Then the company said "we'll fix it" and go for the inspection again.
Today I received the car without the tow hook. I don't need it, but the communication could have been better (minus star).
Plus found extra imperfections, which were not listed: a paint chip on the hood, missing antenna on the top, moisture in the back light and the second key with a dead battery, and the worst: rear tires from 2011 (it's 2023 today) with small side cracks - have to replace them asap. Minus star.
The driver Michel, who brought the car was professional and polite (plus star).
Hope these are only problems, and no other hidden problemns would emerge in future.

this company is great in every way .. from start to finish they guide you .. its easy to use online .. but the helpdesk earns even more stars .. the team that works there is so friendly on the phone and guide you trough every question you have .. if you send an email youll get an aswer whitin an hour .. the let you know every step off the procces were they are .. they send you a track and trace of the driver who delivers your car .. and even the driver is really friendly and walks trough how your new car works .. were the imortant points arre .. and were you need to email or call when you have a question .. and even then its not over .. the have an amezing aftercare .. to see if your still happy whit the service .. and if you have any questions you can still give them a call .. i wish i chould give more than 5 stars because this is the best experiance ive ever had :)

Perfect auto

What a smooth process of buying a car! It took two weeks from when I reserved the car until its delivery. Contrary to some of the Google reviews I read, I didn't encounter any delays in the process and the customer service was excellent. They were able to answer of all my questions almost instantly. All in all, a hustle-free way of purchasing a car. Fun fact: the car arrived exactly on the estimated delivery date initially by specified Autohero.
