Being budget conscious, I shop around. I got a quote for my Subaru windshield from Auto Glass Now via email that was significantly below their competitors. They were even able to schedule me for same day service in their shop. Though they were packed with customers, the receptionists were extra friendly and were able to have my car ready within 2hrs. as promised. Great value and great service - enough so that I bothered to write a review here.

Auto Glass Now replaced both my front and back windshield for much less than if I had gone through insurance. I went two separate times and was happy with both visits!!

My first pleasant surprise came when I used the online tool to request an estimate. The price was way lower than I thought it would be! Once I got my appointment, There were no surprise fees, etc or changes to the price I was quoted. The entire front room staff and mechanics in the back were extremely friendly and professional. I will recommend them and use them in the future!

I had to take the windshield back 3 times to get fixed and it still isn't on properly. You can hear the wind going through it when you get to a higher interstate speed. I can still hear it and do not want to deal with them for a 4th time.

The ladies up front were extremely rude when we brought it back the 3rd time and acted very put out about fixing it.

It is extremely difficult for me to take off of work to bring it to them and I was never offered for it to be fixed remotely. So I had to drop it off the day before it was fixed and picked it up the day after. That seemed like it was a problem too when they called and asked if I was picking up that day.

We have another vehicle we need windshield replaced and I was going to bring that one up there after this was done but I am not doing that now after my experience.

I couldn’t believe how low the price was. Service was excellent. Wait time was a bit long but understandable due to the large numbers of customers. I would still grade them with 5 out 5 stars.

I had caught a rock on the JRB last week and it wasn't really that bad. But the crack grew with a trip back home over the weekend. I called and spoke with a super nice lady on Monday around lunch who was able to get me an appointment set up for Tuesday afternoon! Arrived was greeted with a friendly hello and welcome. It took a little under an hour to fix my windshield! They even replaced the velcro strips for my EzPass which I wasn't expecting. All folks were super nice! I would highly recommend them!

Excellent price , I went online for a quote not only did I receive an email with quote but they followed up with a phone call the next business day and I received $10 off that quote if I could bring it in anytime that week.

I've been to Autoglass Now twice for window repairs and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They have great prices, great service and they are fast. Very accommodating considering how busy they get!!!

Great service excellent staff friendly. I will bring all my vehicles there from now on. Got my back glass replaced in just two hours wow fast. Very happy.

It said three stars was average, and average service would have been to install windshield right the first time.... so here we are at two.
Super grateful that it came with a warranty to reinstall since the first one whistled like tweety bird! Was a pain to schedule another appointment (for us, day off, additional ride etc) but, super happy with second installation and it was the best price in town!

Great service but I waited almost three hours

Very professional, and quick. I can also say trustworthy. They checked my sunroof to see if it was clogged, before having to take the next step to replacing my windshield. Saved me money. Thanks Don.
