The final check for compatibility is possible only with the help of the OEN (Original Equipment Number). Before placing an order, you should check the OEN indicated in the description of the item.

I recently purchased 4 continental…
I recently purchased 4 continental allseasons2 tyres by Autodoc sent out by Delticom AG Rd and the handling of this matter has been unacceptable.
I received an incomplete delivery — only three tyres instead of four — which has rendered my car unusable. As a direct consequence of your error, I am incurring ongoing financial losses due to necessary alternative transport.
I was contacted on Thursday by your representative, assured me she would investigate the issue and call me back on Friday. This commitment was not honoured. Since then, there has been no follow-up, no update, and no resolution.
Your customer service is inadequate for resolving issues of this seriousness. After waiting up to 45 minutes, I am still unable to reach a human agent, as Autodoc has no respect for their customers and can't have humans agents longer. This is not acceptable when dealing with a fault that is entirely on your side and causing financial damage.
I now require immediate corrective action. Either:
The missing tyre is dispatched without delay with confirmed delivery, or
A full refund is issued immediately.
In addition, I expect compensation for the transport costs I have incurred as a direct result of your failure to deliver a complete order.
If this matter is not resolved without further delay, I will proceed with formal escalation. This includes filing a complaint with Konsumentverket and pursuing this case further to recover all financial losses associated with your error.

Fair prices but their virtual as well as their physical customer service is unavailable, unserviceminded and worse than bad.

Don't Know The Difference Between a PCV Valve and a Gasket
This is the 2nd. time I've had problems with AutoDoc SE -Sweden, although the parts were ordered from AutoDoc UK and sent from AutoDoc Germany. I ordered a PCV Valve for my car and was sent a gasket! If these people are supposed to be experts in car parts, how come they don't know the difference between a PCV Valve and a gasket - turns out they don't even list my PCV Valve on their site, although they confirmed that they did and that it would fit my car! Their bots are just as useless and there is no telephone number! What a waste of time! I will not be using them again!
