Scam business

Scam business. Shows for Sweden, that if you enter your reg number you’ll get the perfect fitting parts. That’s a lie. My part are completely wrong and customer service just hangs up when I call. Big varning not to order here

Trying to order a product

Trying to order a product. No link to payment. Contacted chat bot but I could just as well talked yo my wall. Phoned customer center and that was about the same.

Fine except for the shipping

Fine except for the shipping. A lot of hassle with UPS and their frequently asking for adress despite the adress was put in 4 times. Should arrive to the door, did not, had to wait another day to fetch it from deliveryplace far from where I live. This only happend when UPS is the the ones who deliver. Every other one always deliver in time at the door and dont ask for adress numerous times.

Bildelaronline is a deceitful company

Bildelaronline is a deceitful company when it turns to order handling and client support. I have bought 3 products from them recently out of which only got 2 delivered. One month later they are still investigating where the last product is and rejecting to pay back for the product they have never delivered at the time of this post (i.e. one month after the order).
It took them more than a month to finally find the parcel and do the refund. That was after 16 mails written by me!
Hence my recommendation to stay away from buying from this company.

Ljuger om lagersaldo?

Have made an larger order, that they reached back after a week that it will be delayed and are willing to give me 33 SEK on next order.....
I've reached out for an explanation why it's delayed and that they may ship partial shipment if they are low on stock of any of the ordered parts.
It has now went 5 days and still no reply and over 2 weeks since I placed the order.

Great product but expensive delivery

Stuff is being sent from Germany

Stuff is being sent from Germany. The “delivery time” is actually “pick from storage time”.

The company present a page relative to your IP location so it feels like your shopping from local area.

Edit: regarding answer below. No it is far from obvious. You’re referring to an “about page” that doesn’t clearly state that you are shipping from Germany. Also you are not honest regarding “pick-time” and “delivery-time”.
I suggest that you state “shipping from” and “expected customer delivery date” before you force the customer to enter any payment information. Right now it feels like you are tricking customers to buy since they think they gonna get the stuff right away.

International shipping takes a lot of time! So if you are shipping internationally - please inform the customer

Sent wrong parts - issue resolved after PayPal escalation

Ordered a filter kit using my VIN for fitment. Was sent a kit from a different manufacturer where one of the 4 pieces was not compatible. They did not want to replace the one incorrect component but rather wanted me to return the entire kit at my expense which I could not do as I has already installed 2 of the 4 pieces. Customer service would not resolve and the issue.

Was also charged for their 'Safe Order' guarantee against my wishes, then refused to honour guarantee and instead refunded me the fee after the initial charge.

Logged a dispute with PayPal and was refunded for the incorrect part within 2 days.

They take 0 responsebility for delayed packages.

I waited 3 weeks for my package, 1 and a half week went before they answered any emails. Never order from them ever again.
