Not much in the way of support
Not much in the way of support. The other thing is - they allow anyone to make a "shop" and payments are also allowed with Bitcoin, Ether etc. There's no support nor checks can the seller be trusted.
Basically, anyone can make any shop, claim to be selling anything, payment via BTC/ETH and that's it. You got scammed.
Autobuy isn't really interested in removing these "shops". Discord suggested laconically "make a ticket". Ticket where? Their site asks to use Discord and vice versa.
So clearly it's not really a site that offers us anything new or secure. Scammers welcome, I guess?

While we do monitor site activity and have basic KYC, we also rely on the community to report shops that could possibly be scams. We do care about putting a stop to shops that could be problematic and would love to work on you further with this.

AutoBuy is a great place to start your first online business. Ever since beta I have had almost no issues with it. All bugs are handled very quickly and the support is top notch. They also have a very user friendly UI layout and a developer API if needed. No other website competes.
