They are a total scam and a massive waste of time. The experience was insulting. They treated my car like absolute garbage, nitpicking minor details that were already visible in the photos I sent, just to 'justify' a pathetic lowball offer that was thousands less than the original quote.

It’s a bait-and-switch tactic designed to disrespect you and your vehicle. Don’t fall for the convenience—sell it privately and save yourself the headache

Wasted three weeks of my time. Inspected the vehicle then went missing. No longer contactable.

The worst company I have dealt with ever. I would give 0 star if I could.
I listed my RAV4 on Facebook Marketplace on October and was contacted by Michael from Autobuy. He gave me an offer, and assured me that the process would be quick and that I would be paid within one week.
It has now been seven weeks since I signed the contract, and I still have not received any payment. I’ve been calling almost every day, and every time I am told “next week,” . The constant delays and lack of follow through have been extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

My experience has made the company feel unreliable, and at times even dodgy, based on how the situation has been handled. I would strongly recommend that others be cautious while dealing with them.

Autobuy I’ve being waiting 4 weeks for payment for the sale of my car I recently went to pay for a green slip on my car and pay my rego only to be told the car is no longer registered to me on further investigation with the police they confirmed someone AKA
Autobuy and or motoflex had illegally transferred my registration to a car dealer in Wollongong these people are cowboys they tell you constant lies about payments then won’t answer calls or emails do yourself a favour and avoid them massively they are massive time wasters !!
