I couldnt have asked for better customer experience. I did not feel pressured. Only complaint I had was waiting for it to be completed.

A great experience, I was apprehensive initially but after working with Mark, my experience went above and beyond my expectations!

Everything whent great untill financing it took over a hr to get them to button up everything it would be nice if the whole process was a little faster. the staff who helped us was great would defently recomend them as long as you have alot of time

The guys here were honest and very helpful. I would recommend everyone to cone by and let these guys help them out like they did.

My experience with your dealership has been horrible. There were a few decent employees, but mostly, no one is willing to deal with us. Both cars had safety issues and no one is willing to correct them. Now we are stuck with a vehicle that is practically inoperable and we are being told they won't fix it. It hasn't even been 48 hours. Your salesmen have lied to us regarding the vehicles, they have lied about how they are going to fix the problems, and they bounce us around on the phone so much to confuse us. Then when we go in there to talk about the safety issues, your salesman looks at us and says they're really getting sick of this. Well, WE are sick of this. We have small children and wanted a safe reliable vehicle. And for $10,000, on a vehicle that is only worth $6000, I should have a safe, reliable vehicle. I will let everyone I know not to do business with your company. This is the worst experience I've ever had when getting a used car. The Van Buren location is just as bad as the one on Glendale.I have pictures of everything wrong on BOTH cars.

The salesman and the manager were huge helps in getting me a new reliable car. $500 down got me into a older car that runs better than my 2010 corolla. I would recommend Auto Action to anyone looking for a reliable car with affordable monthly payments.

I happened to meet Miguel and he referred me tto auto action because my car had broken down on the side of the road. I walked in the door and in a shirt period of time I was able to cchoose a vehicle that was suitable for my family. They turned my nightmare into a safe hahaven. Truely Excellent Service sales Reps and the other employees were Great and although the paperwork process could be a little quicker, The employees made it Just a little better by being informative and tenative as possible! But overall, Excellent place Excellent Service, and Good Selection of Vehicles!
