The sales man barely spoke English , I had my car not even a week and had I issues with exposed battery wires and I wasn't explained my full details on my payments

Randy (sale specialist ) was great. From the time I walked in the door to when I drove off Randy was perfessional and stated from the start that his goal was to put me in the car I needed and could affort.. There was no pressure from him to buy. After telling him what I could afford he told me what cars to look at and if I didn't find what I liked there they had other lots we could check out. He told me take my time and he was there to answer any questions And told me go find a car. It was that easy. Found the car,told the price, gave the down payment. Was approved and when all the paper work was done, I left with a car I picked out. About 2 hours from start to finish.

I can in and told them what I needed financially, and Vincent and Joel went above and beyond to meet my needs, making this an awesome car buying experience all the way around! Thank you guys, I appreciate your good work!

After being referred to Auto Action by a relative, I ended up with a decent car. Although the wait time in the office was really long, it was much worth it. Hopefully I continue to have nice service from them.

I'm not nearly a satisfied customer it hurts me because I feel like I just wasted $1400 down the drain! Wouldn't RECOMMEND to ANYBODY!! Customer service HORRIBLE, AS EASY AS IT WAS FOR THEM TO TAKE MY MONEY IT SHOULD BE AS EASY FOR THEM TO MAKE SURE IM SATISFIED!!

I originally went just down the road to a more well known dealer but upon arriving the salesman made me feel like I was just another commission check. I went on to the next one and all they did was bash the competition. I went on to Auto Action and they were great. Showed me around the lot and actually explained things to me. The salesman, Jason, always called me by name and was very patient with me. All of the guys are great and I couldn't feel more welcome. They asked me mire than once if I needed anything, a drink, food, or even a comfortable couch when I joked about being tired. I can see myself staying with them and purchasing another vehicle from them down the road.
