delivery took two weeks
delivery took two weeks, even though it says 3 days on the website.
It was sent in two different packages which I wasn't informed about.
The exhaust just arrived with a label stuck on the metal, not box or protection and thus had loads of dents and scratches on it.
You get what you pay for.

Many times lied
I was waiting for the order for more than 2 weeks. Only 2 things were delivered, other items were not. They kept telling me it will be dispatched next week, today, in 2 days... different lies every time. Also told me that everything is in stock, then remove something so we dispatch it today, of course not happened. Then tracking number was promised within 24h. Another lie. Refund still not issued. Many times support kept lying and promising that the order will be dispatched, but never happened.

Changing the part brands after the payment
After the order is completed, one filter was changed by Autodoc without any notification or asking to confirm. It is not ok to send the something that was not ordered, I don’t care how much does it cost, I just want the parts from my chart and that’s it.

Firstly pricing buying the same article…
Firstly pricing buying the same article value 7.50 euro. Autodoc charges 18.50 delivered to austria.
Amazon charges for the same product 8.59 euro.. Dispatched by autodoc poland
I tried to cancel the order with autodoc directly. Even with anextra email sent to cancel shipment no chance shioment was dispatched at same tume with amazon order
Never ever again direct orders from autodoc!
