SCAMMERS
SCAMMERS! Last year, during Black Friday, I bought a set of winter tires and rims, but I had to return them because they sent the wrong color rims. A year later, I still haven't received a refund for the items I returned. Austrian regulatory agencies cannot help me because, despite using an Austrian domain, the company Reifenleader is based in Andorra. I will publish the entire correspondence on the Reddit platform in order to introduce potential customers to the way this company works.

Regarding your return that has not yet been refunded, please report it to our backoffice through your customer account or our contact form, so our agents can verify the return of your items and handle the refund. If you have already opened a ticket, your request will be prioritised internally so that it is treated quickly and appropriately by our after-sales team. Refunds are normally processed within two working days after the returned goods are confirmed as received at our warehouse, and only authorised staff can validate them.

If a tire is over 36 months or marked DEMO, this is normally stated in the product listing. Very bad experience with them
Very bad experience with them, last year they lost two of four tyres and claimed that they were delivered, I need two months to wait and prove them wrong so they made a refund even though I ordered new tyres before that in their shop. Next time, a month ago, it was my mistake, was away from home for three weeks, tyres were delivered in in from of my garage and when I noticed that I ordered wrong dimension, wrote them email, got an answer that I can do the retun via their AI shit and order new tyres, even though I told them that I dont need wrong tyres, they gave me missleaded answer... I ordered new ones imediatetlly, since I needed new tyres, but they refuse to take back the wrong one because of 14 days limit. I understand the their policy, but they dont care about the custumer. I have now 4 originally packed tyres in garage that cant do anything with them, selling them dont work because of stupid rare dimension...anyone wants 245/55/19 set of summer tyres? I know, stupid mistake, but custumer support sucks big time!!
