Arrived on time, food bought for elderly dog which she enjoyed in her final days.

Great product our dogs love it

I was recommended Autarky by two people, one a vet and one a pet store owner. My Springer spaniel loves it. The website is straightforward and delivery was on time, perfect.

Excellent quality food,great packaging, and my dogs love it.
Only im a little disappointed with the price increase of almost £10 per 10kg bag plus carriage which was free.
I understand the prices have not gone up in the last 2 years but it would have been better if it had increased over time rather than 1 big increase.

I recently purchased a bag from a pet store, I have fed my dogs autarky for some time now, they both had diarrhoea, when I checked the bag there was no batch number or best before date or best sell by date, I will be returning to the store to question them about this, needless to say I will not be feeding them the rest of this bag

We’ve used Autarky dog food for the last 21 years for our springer spaniels. Always very happy with it but the last batch of mature lite looks different and my 12 year old springer refuses to eat it.
She’s only ever had Autarky dog food so the only thing I can think of is that the recipe has changed.
She’s eating other things with no problem so she definitely isn’t ill.
I’m looking at other food options which is a real shame.

I did not place an order for dog food. Despite this I have had 3 emails referring to the non existent order. I have sent an email on their contact page and not had a eeply

Good product delivered prompty and safely.

The dog food is great but your packaging leaves a lot to be desired. The box pretty much fell apart on arrival. Quite the miracle the driver managed to get to the door. Thankfully, the contents were not damaged.

Excellent food, quick delivery.
Replying to emails could be better. But 100% recommend this food .

Delivered sooner than expected! Hope it works for my dog...changing her food as think she has an allergy. But will take a while to see if it makes a difference. At least she is eating it!

Autarky is the food I feed my dogs for maintaining and for when the girls are expecting. We also feed the puppy to our pups and have wonderful healthy pups and adults. Would recommend to anyone who cares for the health of thier dogs
