The company is a scam. I ordered in November 2024 and I am still waiting for my swimsuit to arrive. I have been told to be patient. When asked for a refund, they refused.

I got duped by their marketing video. I bought only one swimsuit, so glad I didn’t get the buy more deal. Anyway after a three week wait, it finally arrived. Came from China not Australia as expected.
The quality is horrendously poor and is nothing like the swimmers in the video. My Kmart swimmers are much better quality !
There is no tummy control or breast support at all. It looks and feels so tacky. Probably worth about $15 only, not the $80 price customers are slugged with.
I usually read third party reviews, but I didn’t this time. Big mistake on my part. So please don’t buy from this company as they’re absolutely fraudulent !
I’m not even going to bother contacting them regards my dissatisfaction with this product as I know I won’t get a satisfactory outcome.
BUYER BEWARE !

Worst ever. Don't go there. All of the sizing chart is incorrect, and not just slightly. Will no exchange for larger size, or provide refund, citing health reasons as they apply to swimwear. Just a rort.

Oh I wish that I had read the reviews before trusting this untrustworthy business.
Now I have read them every single one says the same thing - the sizing is way off and ALWAYS too small.
I think it's time to bring in Consumer Affairs as they need to take a good look at what is going on!
Pease don't go near this business. I paid $79.89 for a tummy control swimsuit. They're sizing is so off and as I would normally choose Large I decided to choose Extra Large to be on the safe side and it is tiny and ill fitting. They refuse return for refund and are just unconscionable in their business practices keeping a very large amount of money for an item which is useless. Businesses such as this give reputable sellers a bad name making on line shopping no longer viable. They should not be allowed to get away with what they do. Steer clear of them!

BEWARE SWIMWEAR SIZING WAY OFF. No returns for size changing even though their sizing guidelines are way off. Ordered an XL as per website but can’t even get shoulder straps over my shoulders. They don’t seem to care and wanted to charge another $30 to send correct size. DON’T BUY HERE!

Your sizing for swimming costumes is not true. I ordered a 3XL according to my weight. As soon as I opened the package I could see that they were more suited to a 1XL. Even by stretching the fabric, it would not fit by any means.
Of course after reading the return rules, I find that it isn't returnable even though I didn't put it on

I’m sorry I didn’t read the reviews before purchasing the buy 3 for the price of 2 swimwear. 2 of them are ok… 1 it has a defect and I’ve sent a few emails so they can give me the details to send it for exchange but never had a response. I guess it was 2 for the price of 2 after all…

I have been sent swimmers that are unwearable. The pockets are all sewn in backwards. The top section of the swimmers is sewn in a way that makes them faulty and does not even allow you to wear the item. I do not recommend this website or this product. They have refused to provide a full refund for the two pairs purchased, which are both faulty. This company does not provide any refunds on swimmers, even with defects. The material's poor quality and the swimmers' overall quality are defective.

If I can give 0, i would. Product has no quality and totally different colors arrived. Their customer service is zero to none. All my emails hit the brick wall, they deny everything and brush you off side. Lesson learnt expensive way. Save yourself without throwing your money away

I bought one of their swimsuits and it is such poor quality and offers very little coverage or support. Not wearable at all.
Tried to get a refund/return but this just increased the delivery fee for a new item!

No return possible which isn't surprising really........

I went with the buy two get one free deal and was excited about receiving my order. It arrived today and I’m devastated to find that they are too small. I took all my measurements and followed their size guide, I was actually going to go a size smaller but thought I’d err on the side of caution and went with the large and they are still too small. Love the design & the quality but their size guide is way off and now I’m left with 3 costumes I can’t wear and I’m just short of AU$150 out of pocket!

Others say they got products but I didn't even receive any of my Buy 2 get one Free purchase. I've gone through lengthy seemingly genuine email exchange and had a tracking number. Goods manufactured in China, says they cleared Customs a month later, tracking later put Customs in New Jersey USA! They offered refund and now say they can't refund on swimwear per policy even though I'm not returning anything and they OFFERED a refund. My order was 2mths ago. Useless and no number to call - going to try through PayPal guarantee and hopefully get my money back.

Did the Buy 2 get one free deal, bathers did not fit, they won't exchange them because of health reasons, don't bother buying bathers online or you will waste your money if they don't fit

Purchased a swim suit from this company. The swimsuit took a long time to arrive but when it did it was too small. I followed the company measurement process. I contacted them and they said due to health regulations they could not exchange it. It still had the protective plastic cover over the bottom part and as I said it was no different than trying it on in a shop. No, no exchange. They said I could keep them and order a new set and just pay $25 postage. This is not acceptable. So left out of pocket $65.
