Alex Clarke 'The Saviour' Alex has been very active in dealing with my case, he made me feel comfortable everytime we communicated and he made sure that I understood every single thing he would share with me during the process and even prior to the process, he would also respond promptly to calls and emails.

I would like to thank Jennifer Hollyer for all the hard work, and the effort she put into my case. I was going through a difficult time emotionally and Jennifer showed compassion and empathy for my situation, most importantly she believed me.   

Jennifer would go above and beyond to ensure there was no inaccuracies in my Statements that were submitted to Court, which meant she worked on evenings / weekends to get it right. She was very thorough and transparent throughout the duration of my Court proceedings.  

Jennifer provided an excellent service, where she was easily contactable and if she wasn’t available, she responded as soon as she could. I never had to follow up or chase Jennifer, she responded promptly.   

I had the best solicitor for my Child Contact case. It’s a shame, my engagement with Jennifer wasn’t in the best scenarios for me but I was very happy with my decision of reconnecting with her again after a previous engagement I had with her at a different Law Firm.

On the back of recommendation, I enlisted the help of Bik Wong, who was incredible from start to finish.
I found her to be efficient, professional, and incredibly thorough in every aspect of my divorce.

I recently used Austin Kemp for my divorce and it was all done efficiently and in a pleasant manner. I always dealt with the same person and that made the whole process easier. It was also all done online which meant no appointments needed to be made and therefore it was all very convenient. The necessary evil of payment was done using their online payment system which was very straightforward to use.

I used Austin Kemp having been referred to them through an online service for my divorce and having agreed a financial settlement with my ex wife. Emma at Austin Kemp was very helpful throughout and I was able to pay them for a guidance check on the consent order before submitting it. All went through the courts with no problems and I’m pleased with the end result.

There are additional fees to pay if you rwspond to emails or ask a question which the agreement does state but there were times I didn’t understand why I was charged to reply to a question I was asked but on the whole the service is very good value. My whole divorce and consent order cost just under £2,000 all in which between my ex wife and myself is a bargain.

Kieth Wivell was helpful and professional in getting me through my divorce. He always gave me updates and helpful me understand everything I needed to do. Yes £420 an hour is a lot, but having faith in someone is priceless! You get what you pay for, and he helped me to achieve a great deal.

Used Austin Kemp to complete a Consent Order after divorce as didn’t do this during the divorce process. Case was handled by Emma Clowes who was incredibly helpful throughout, responding to my many questions and concerns. The process was quite long, however court timings played a part in that and Emma kept me up to date. The overall cost to complete the order was very competitive compared to prices I obtained from other solicitors. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I have been working with Austin Kemp for the past two years in my defended divorce case. They have done a very good job in making sure I was up to date with the latest development and issues and delivered high quality work and in line with my expectations.
My solicitor was Sara Armistead, who has done an excellent job in making sure I am well prepared for my case, which resulted in me getting the best outcome out of my final trial.

I thoroughly recommend Austin Kemp. I was made to feel safe .The whole process for my divorce was explained to me at each step of the way I was kept up to date with what was happening with my case. I had a difficult complicated case that’s caused a lot of stress but Austin Kemp sorted it all out in the end. Very understanding and caring . Would highly recommend them .

I was allocated Austin Kemp after paying for a consent order package online. I worked with Emma throughout the whole process who was informative and who dealt with any issues as they arose. I have no complaints at all, the consent and pension sharing order were approved in court within days of submission so clearly the documents were completed to the correct standard. My advice would be to read the terms and conditions carefully as you will incur additional charges along the way which are listed clearly in monthly invoices. I personally have struggled to understand why some emails were chargeable and some were not, but overall I have been happy with the service.

Austin Kemp have been very thorough and dealt with my divorce swiftly. The service I have received has been very good I would recommend them to others needing this type of service.

Terrible experience with this firm. I genuinely feel like they used Covid as an excuse to do as little work as possible, while billing as much as possible.
In 9 months they did nothing to advance my case, and were a nightmare to keep in touch with, either just not replying to emails or taking months to do so.
I have made an official complaint and they even charged me for reading and responding to that, despite the fact that I sacked them several months ago.
Will be escalating to the ombudsman.
It is worth noting that they go to a great deal of time and effort to get negative reviews removed also, so the overall rating on this site is not to be trusted.

EDIT - After Austin Kemp replied to this review below, they have now seen fit to send me a letter threatening Legal Action for defamation unless I take this down.
I stand by the review as an honest rating on my experience with this firm, which only keeps getting worse. I will not be intimidated into removing a negative review by threats. One can only wonder how many other negative reviews have been removed in this way?

I contacted Austin Kemp to handle my divorce, I have been very satisfied with the response by way of being easy to follow forms , very prompt service, clear billing and a generally a very positive experience that is helpful and professional . I am happy to recommend them to anyone seeking a solicitor for a family law matter.

Divorce can only be described as a incredibly confusing and frustrating journey. I think "Journey" is the appropriate word to use as it is a process, not a simple action. Austin Kemp were invaluable in helping me steer these uncharted waters and to that end i am incredibly grateful.

My advice to others who may be considering using their services and perhaps a fixed price divorce and consent package is to ensure you read the terms and conditions. Fixed price is only applicable in as far as to cover a "Standard" process. Any deviation from this including correspondence relating to non standard queries will result in additional costs. There is an element of reality to this in that the package is cheap, and even with the additional fees, the overall cost remains lower than what you would find from any competitor. I believe that as long as this is understood and you can work in a way to limit any deviation from the "standard", then you too will achieve a satisfactory and cost effective outcome.
