My new DT2 Pro was delivered with a faulty charger. Not only did customer service replace it within 2 weeks, but then added an additional charger for my inconvenience. Now that's customer satisfaction, something that is harder to come by these days.

I recently purchased the Ausom DT2 Pro and unfortunately, it arrived with some minor shipping damage to the chassis. I was initially worried about how the situation would be handled, but I am very impressed with the support team.
I worked with Louis, who was professional, responsive, and genuinely interested in finding a fair solution. While we initially had different ideas on the resolution, the team listened to my concerns regarding repair complexity and reached a very fair middle-ground settlement that I am happy with.
The scooter itself is a powerhouse. It’s built like a tank, and after a test ride, the performance is exactly what I was hoping for. It’s rare to find a company that stands by its customers like this. Highly recommended for both the quality of the ride and the top-tier support!

My DT2 Pro was damaged upon delivery, but the scooter was still functional. After the first ride of a few blocks, I realized the tires were quickly losing pressure. After inspecting the tires, I noticed they were old and brittle. They would not hold the bead. This made the scooter unsafe. I contacted customer service about the damaged piece and the tires. I was called a liar. I had to send videos and photos of the damaged part and tires. They tried to apologize with an offer of $15 compensation. I declined this offer. I am going to sell the scooter after replacing the tires making it safe to ride. I will be purchasing a product from a different company that values quality and customer service. Ausom does neither.

The Ausom Leopard scooter itself has been a very good scooter. My son uses it to get across his college campus and it has performed reliably. He has been able to do minor tune-ups and basic repairs on his own without issues, until the front tire developed a flat.
The front tire uses an inner tube and appears to be one of the most difficult e-scooter tires to replace. We searched extensively online and were only able to find one YouTube video addressing this specific tire. Even that professional struggled significantly and destroyed four inner tubes during installation. We have now ruined two inner tubes ourselves trying to replace it.
We contacted Ausom for assistance and asked for guidance. We also asked if it was possible to purchase a complete front wheel assembly, since replacing the inner tube on the front wheel seems nearly impossible. We were told that the front wheel assembly is not available for purchase.
Replacement inner tubes cost $14 USD, with $15 USD shipping, making each failed attempt unnecessarily expensive.
Ausom sent two videos in response, neither of which addressed the problem we explained. The first video covered the rear wheel, despite us clearly stating the issue was with the front tire. The second video only showed how to remove the wheel from the scooter, which was not helpful since we had already removed the wheel and explained that the problem was replacing the inner tube without damaging it.
At this point, there has been no meaningful technical support.
We live in an area with no scooter repair shops, and local bicycle shops will not service e-scooters. Regular tire shops cannot help because they do not have the necessary tools. We are now stuck, with the only remaining option being a scooter repair shop located about 1.5 hours away.
We were also told that because we are outside the 14-day post-delivery window, there was nothing Ausom could do to help financially or with replacement parts.
If a product is this difficult to repair, the company needs to provide better support. That could include clearer instructional videos, access to replacement assemblies, or a better design choice. The rear tire uses a split rim, which makes replacement far easier. It is disappointing that the front tire is not designed the same way.
The scooter itself has been solid, but the lack of repair support, poor documentation, and limited parts availability have made this an extremely frustrating experience.

I want start this review off by saying wow. This scooter is amazing very sturdy well built great for the price. I’ve had several different brands and I feel this is the best by far. The L2 max was 100 dollars more than my last scooter but surpasses it in every aspect. Surpasses it so much I feel like I was robbed by not shopping with Ausom.(sorry gotrax) This scooter is well worth it fast powerful reliable and dependable. Amazing features turn signals that’s a chefs kiss. This scooter is definitely not a toy I will say that much? Very powerful great customer service I needed extra bolt covers and they sent those over in 3 days free of charge. Shipping took a little longer than I expected but I also ordered on Black Friday so if anything that was my mistake. Even offered me a small discount because of this. Ausom you guys are exactly that. Climbs hills and handles gravel,speed bumps and pot holes well. This suspension makes a big difference. I don’t feel like I’m on a cheap piece of plastic while I’m riding. This feel like an actual vehicle this thing is huge. Speed of the dual motors is insane picks up speed fast. So I’d recommend getting used to the dual motors first before sending it on dual motors and race mode. When I leave work I’m able to keep up with the traffic. My coworkers ask me about it everyday non stop. Thanks guys appreciate this company. Stay Ausom

I had initially ordered the L2 max single motor for $799 and didn’t realize it didn’t have dual motors until actually seeing the dual motor listing for $849.
I had asked customer support if it had already shipped and if it was too late to refund and order the dual motor instead. They said they could just upgrade the order and Emailed me an invoice for the $50 price difference, I paid it through my Paypal account and the L2 Max dual motor arrived on delivery day with no issues.

If you live in an apartment building and have a small elevator, you will have difficulty moving it. However, it is perfect and does its job.

Had an issue where I broke off a bolt that was supposed to limit the steering radius due to a pothole. Ausom support shipped me the part that same day at no cost (still under warranty) and provided a detailed instruction video for the repair. Found it very impressive how repairable the scooter was -- all bolts are quite easy to reach and can be serviced with common hand tools. The only odd equipment I needed was a breaker bar to remove the bolt holding the steering rack together as it was quite tight, but other than that just a standard wrench and hex set was enough to complete the entirety of the repair.
