Not as expected
The order took a long time to arrive, one still pending to arrive. When I email them, they took over a week to reply so by then the order status had been updated.
The bag that has arrived was advertised as leather and when I checked the label inside it is not. It says 85% SBR which from my research in google it is not leather. I am waiting to see if the bag that is supposed to arrive this week is leather or not. I will update once I get it!
I will not be buying from this company again or recommend it.
DO NOT BUY.
DO NOT BUY.
Absolutely terrible quality bag, even after numerous emails and sending the bag to the return address as directed (tracked and signed for), they have refused a refund.
There a crap company and soon to be…
There a crap company and soon to be shut down 🤣 if they think I’m kidding they would be very wrong. There’s a few websites dealing with china and this company has several websites all in different names. DONT use them you have been warned. Tick tock guys
Terrible quality
Terrible quality, not as advertised. Don’t bother
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
Ordered online on 27th Aug and realised on 1st Sept that this is not a Uk based company at all (which it states on its website that it is). It is a Chinese based business which dispatches from China. I therefore sent an email to customer services and requested to cancel the order on 1st Sept (as I knew it would not arrive in time for what it was needed for) as I could see from the shipping info that the order had not yet been processed or dispatched. I chased the cancellation request several times but did not hear back until 7th Sept when they admitted "I understand that the information regarding our shipping practices may not have been clear, and I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Regarding your order I can confirm that it has been dispatched. Unfortunately, it appears there has been a delay with the courier service. We completely understand how concerning this can be, and we are truly sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. As a gesture of goodwill and to express our appreciation for your understanding, we would like to offer you a 15% discount on your current order. We hope this can help make up for the inconvenience you have experienced."
I responded immediately to point out that if they had replied in a timely manner then the order could have been cancelled and the money refunded. I also checked the dispatch system and could see it still had not been processed so they could have cancelled the order at that time. I asked them again to cancel the order and refund me.
They did not respond again until 15th Sept and said "Unfortunately, your order has already been dispatched before we received your cancellation request. I understand this is not the response you were hoping for, and I appreciate your patience as we navigate this issue. You can return the package once it arrives. Please let us know as soon as you receive it, and we will assist you with the return process to ensure you receive a full refund as quickly as possible."
I replied on 15th to say that the order had now arrived with me and as I have been extremely clear about my instructions I expect them will cover any and ALL costs regarding returning the item. There are no return instructions in the package and so I requested instructions on how to return this free of charge. A week later I am still waiting to receive instructions on how to return this.
They seem to delight in running down the clock on requests.
I would also make the point that the item was £50 and is appalling quality. It is also not the size it stated on the website. It is much smaller than the published dimensions.
Aurora Bags is a scam
Utterly awful- bags are plastic not leather and are shipped from China. If you ask for a refund they demand you send the bag back to China at your own expense… luckily I paid using PayPal and they issued me a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I was waiting for weeks and what has…
I was waiting for weeks and what has showed up now after my holiday I hasten to add is an abomination. NEVER, EVER engage with this organisation. The bags are not worth £1 each - utter disgrace they are trading.
FAKE BAG FROM CHINA
Advertised as a UK seller and purchase arrives 5-7 days! Mine arrived 3 WEEKS later as it got shipped from CHINA!! I emailed twice and the response and communication was terrible! The colour of the bag is different and the material is horrible and fake. Definitely NOT worth the money. Very disappointing!!
Ordered a lovely "leather" the bag had…
Ordered a lovely "leather" the bag had arrived and is a lovely bag. But NOT leather could of bought a plastic bag much cheaper!
Warning Aurora Bags is a scam
Warning Aurora Bags is a scam. They claim to sell Italian real leather bags, but mine was fake leather shipped from China. I was so disappointed I returned it in July and still haven’t received a refund, only empty “24–48 hour” replies. Poor quality, dishonest company. Do not buy.
I am only giving 1 star so I can write…
I am only giving 1 star so I can write a review! Do not buy or even look on this website. Its not anything like it says or shows. Its not leather. Its nothing like advertising and the customer service is shocking I am not leaving it at that. As they are stealing from honest customers. The aura website is not genuine the bags are not genuine. Do not buy from this site
The Customer Service from this company…
The Customer Service from this company is virtually non existent. I bought one bag- an Elaris design in pink. Its very stylish chique and so I ordered a 2nd in Taupe. This took an age to arrive and when it did it isn't the same as the pink one. Their manufacturing quality is not consistent. ( Ordered 19/07 and arrived 8/09) The only good bit about it is the leather- the padlock doesn't lock, there is no key and the insert is not practical- its a zip up makeup bag type of affair so doesn't line or protect the inside of the bag. I have complained and predictably, I have received no answer. I won't buy from them again.
don’t bother
waiting on my order, its been WEEKS. i’ve emailed countless times asking for a refund, (as i WISH i read reviews beforehand) as soon as i asked for the refund, i got an email saying my bag was on its way. they also ship from china and not the UK as they advertised. don’t buy from this professional looking money stealing website. the bag should be here in the next 3 days or so but i’m not best pleased don’t buy from here
Bags are plastic, avoid avoid avoid
Strange how my previous one star review is no longer showing... bought a bag earlier in the summer from a very professional and classy looking website. I began to smell a rat when I enquired when my delivery was going to arrive and I got the same seemingly personal messages assuring me that it would arrive - yeah from China. The bag was badly packaged and obviously plastic and not the 'woven leather' - and when I went back to the site to check the description (was there something in the small print that I'd missed?) the bag I had ordered was mysteriously no longer listed. Total scam, don't be fooled as I was
DO NOT ORDER
Scam - wished I'd checked the reviews before ordering - DO NOT ORDER
Not to be trusted
Firstly I was misled by the website appearing to be a UK based business when they are in fact based in China. Then on receiving my order it was nothing like the description or the pictures. And then when asked to return the bag for a refund I was told I had to do it at my own cost and it had to be returned within 14 days of delivery which is impossible as it took longer than that for someone to get back to me.
Avoid this company.
Really bad scam from China l don’t want…
Really bad scam from China l don’t want bag it is bad quality cost me £60 no return address for refund.

SCAM! Advertised as local delivery but took 4 weeks to arrive from China! Colour didn't match and as far as the real Italian Leather is concerned... They will ask you to return back to them, yes you have guessed it, to China! Stay away.
