I unfortunately have to leave a mixed review.

I have 5 pieces from AURA: the Roma top, Milan top, Monaco pants (2), and Millie pants (sold out). Highly recommend these; each piece is beautiful and very well made, but I would advise emailing for more detail on sizing because the size guide is not the most reliable.

My last purchase was the Tiered Maxi Dress in July 2022. I followed the sizing guide rather than emailing this time, and the XS/S was comically enormous. Unfortunately, AURA doesn't provide refunds, so I have been sitting on a large gift card balance for a year and a half. I check the site regularly, but new pieces are added extremely infrequently, and IMO the style of the newer pieces are very different. Please provide your customers the opportunity for a refund if the sizing chart is egregiously inaccurate, or continue to add new pieces to the site.

I love knowing I'm supporting well made sustainable fashion. I have had my pieces for a year now and have worn them countless times, from my wedding parties work to casual days and nights out. They are holding up very well and I know I will wear them for years to come.

Great clothing, quality and overall service experience

I have two linen sets from Aura and they are years later still my favorite outfits to wear while on vacation or on a cute date night. I always get compliments when I wear them!

Super great customer service and high quality items.

Easy to communicate, easy to return when one size was too big. And the website is so easy to get a good idea of how the clothing looks.

I love my Etoile dress!! I can’t count how many compliments I got for this dress - every time I wear it I get one. On top of that, it’s very comfortable - a great combination altogether! Thank you, Aura.

Exceptional poor-quality clothing and fabrics. I was not able to return my item, but only exchange it — and the replacement item was worse than the original. Your marketing, lovely models and photos are not at all representative of your actual products. A total waste of money and shame on you for ripping off your customers. I have ordered online hundreds of times and have never been so dissatisfied as with your quality and products. Totally cheap crap.

I love this brand so much. I have several pieces and everything has been quality. Things fit well and feel good and the customer service has been amazing.

They changed their return policy and now only accept store credit. However, there was no indication of that change on their website.
I returned the items (one of which had a faulty zipper, the others has terrible hem lines) and the items were returned back to me from Aura the Label! With no store credit.
I emailed them several times asking for help, and they have not responded.

Horrible Return Policy - warning do not order! You will get stuck with low quality clothing and best case, a store credit to crappy store! :( :( I ordered a dress in 2 sizes because I wasn't sure which would fit best and the dress was super poor quality and fit so I kept neither. To my surprise, they only offer store credit so now im stuck with a $300 credit to this place. HORRIBLE! So let me get this right - you have no physical stores where someone can go try something on and zero return policy?!

I hope they go out of business!

I bought a few pieces for my wife. She LOVED them.

Terrible product & policy. The dress I bought true to size + one size down and it fit like a potato sack. I promptly initiated the return process and zero refund was issued, just store credit from a store that clearly doesn’t work for me.

I originally placed an order several years ago unaware of their store credit policy. The dress that arrived looked very cheap. I unfortunately had to settle for store credit. I have tried twice more to use the store credit, each time the garment was so cheap looking that I had to return. They are not quick to issue the store credit and several times I have had to write to the company in order to get the credit issued. I have tried the messaging service on their website but nobody responds. At this point, I have essentially conceded that I lost the $160 to the company, as they do not offer refunds and their garments are all so cheaply made and oddly cut that I would never wear them. I do not recommend ordering from this company - their clothes are much more cheaply made than their price would suggest and their pictures appear, their customer service is slow and difficult, and their return policy is awful.

The items are cute, but the return policy are terrible and they are not generous about it -- strickly 14 days! who wants to buy in a place like this? I don't!

I purchased an outfit, tried it on upon receipt and didn't like it, I immediately placed it back in the bag to return. The return was rejected , "noting stains on the garment". I appealed this several times as this is exactly how I received the garment. Most companies would be mindful of customer service and an attempt to make a customer happy so they can retain a customer . Not so here. I ended up taking the merchandise back and will have no further dealings with them again. Buyer beware!

Aura The label is a total scam, it should be censured. I bought a dress for $160 the materials was cheap and not look like the picture. I cannot get a refund only a credit return which they don’t have store near or in the USA.
