Terrible customer service, they repeat the same thing over and over and do not know what they are doing. Absolutely no help at all when there is an error on their end. Avoid if you want reassurance of good customer service.

Purchased tickets before and felt easy to use
I purchased flights through Aunt Betty and also ticked the box saying yes to 'refund insurance' (after reading the fine print) to safe guard myself against issues should I be unable to travel.
Sadly this became my reality. A mandatory University assessment was changed to be held while I was meant to be away. I contacted Aunt Betty (6 hours wait on their online chat) only to be told they wouldnt do anything and I should contact refundableme in the first instance and come back to them if still a problem. Despite giving full evidence of change of dates, refundable refused to refund any amount of the flights. I called Aunt Betty (3.5 hours on hold on phone to be cut off while giving them my booking number and 4.5 hours hold on online chat). They would do nothing, not even answer as to why they would advocate a company that had such a bad reputation and reviews. Had to get a lawyer involved and finally received a 40% refund. After they agreed to this, I sent 3 further emails to get confirmation of the refund and have just spent another 2 hours on hold with the online chat to receive the confirmation. Thanks to this I can no longer go and see my family. Very disappointed.
I booked a flight with this agency which the whole process seemed smooth in the beginning. Turn of events begun when the airline rescheduled the flight and provided a 15 hours layover which couldn't work for me. I. Contacted the airline who reffered me back to auntbetty. Calls became the other of the week as no one was picking despite more that 2 hours on the line. Emails went unareplied even the online inquiry bore lemons. I contacted the airline again who confirmed that am eligible for full involuntary refund and they drafted an email to aunt Betty but still the email fell on deaf ears. Dealing with auntbetty should be included in the 1000 days to die. I had to rebooked another flight as aunt Betty merried with my money. The airline is still pushing for my refund. I can't recommend anyone to this travel agency, it's better to book directly from the airline
I booked flight from Brisbane through China to enroute to After a week the airline canceled my return flight and offered next flight which was not working with my schedule and I declined.The airline directed me to aunt Betty to sort my case and this became the beginning of cat and mouse game.No communication was received from the agency despite of numerous unanswered calls and unreplied emails. contacted the airline who who emailed them but still no response.Thanks to southern China airlines for tireless support in getting hold of these unruly aunt Betty. I had to rebook another unplanned flight as the airline tried to help me out. I don't recommend anyone to this inhuman agency
Booked the flight paid for booking change assistance. Called them to change the flight they said they are unable to change the flight coz my ticket is not changeable. They told me I bought the ticket changing assistance voluntarily. What does that even mean? I bought a ticket from my end so isn’t that voluntary? If you can’t change why offer and charge booking change assistance fee?? This is Fraud. If you won’t be needing to change then you are paying money, also when you need the service you pay money but won’t receive service.
Calling didn’t help. Hopefully they could see this and get back to me.
I will never use this company again as their customer service is terrible and the system they use are incorrect. Tickets were emailed with 25kg baggage per person.
I called them to enquiry and they re confirmed over the phone and chat that 25kg baggage was included for each passenger. We turned up at the airport and the airline stated that baggage wasn't included for 2 kids. After several chats and phone calls they now state that the e-tickets sent were not e-tickets ( although written in back and white).
I would strongly suggest to book through a physical travel agent or direct with the airline unless wanting to end up with a spoilt holiday like ours. This company doesn't care about their mistakes.

This company pretty much scammed me. On skyscanner, i booked a ticket that showed 35KG baggage allowance each passanger (2 were on this ticket so 70KG). They sent us a confirmation email with this as well. However they then sent us the tickets in another email with 25KG allowance instead. When we called to ask them, they said to call the airlines, and the airlines said to call them. Tried to get some form of compensation given the error. They have since ignored our emails and calls. DO NOT BOOK TICKETS THROUGH THIS WEBSITE.

Great prices and very easy process with immediate confirmation of booking.
Don't recommend this agent. I was notified of a significant change to flights over 2 weeks ago, and the new flights do not work for me. I rejected the propsed change and requested a refund. I have sent 4 enquiries and had no response to date. Aunt betty recommends contacting via Web chat, but the wait time is 3 hours and it keeps disconnecting while im waiting.
I appreciate that there is major disruption to air travel at present. However, I note the response time to negative online reviews is faster than to enquiries.
