Home visit
Kirsten made a home visit to my elderly father. She was very good at explaining what she was going to do step by step. She spoke clearly and was very patient when my father had difficulty in understanding what was required of him. It was important that I was there to help with the communication especially as my father is profoundly deaf without hearing aids.

I was very pleased with the person who came it was for my yearly check up and service.
The only thing I would have liked different was, I mentioned more than once that I could not change the little rubbers and caps on the end of the earing aid.
So I still can't when the time comes.
